The best way I've found to shape attitude is to elicit your values around something you want and create a vision out of those values and then align your behavior to those values. This includes attitude.

If you think. It doesn't mean other heads won't have a counter-argument. Don't you think your view of looking complaint as the "problem" can be rethought, why not take it as feedback or a new challenge?
The tutor in this video will be well aware of attitude and can take criticism in a better way.

Her mouth is too close to the microphone, it causes distortion in frequencies that the ears don't like.

Great video, clearly articulated. Remember to write the definitions if the trickier terms PWM and ELM to help use reflect on and process what you are saying? Many thanks

Chill, books are great, but only if you enjoy reading...I already pay for my phone, i try to find a free audio book to listen to while I clean, cook, or chillax without interrupting my upkeep... It helps me feel efficient...
Which is good as long as I am interested in the subject...

Attitudes can positively or negatively affect a person's behaviour, whether or not the individual is aware of the effects.
All theories point out that unbalanced attitude leads to uncomfortable feelings.

    sympathy
    empathy
    compassion
    altruism
    would like to hear your
analyses of these...how they relate to one another.

The speaker's voice is irritating and also the lecture would be more appropriate if it was more illustrative and planned
