Ov Omnitrix is not ingame However just like Os watch you'll want the af watch obviously your going to lose it inorder to get af watch soo yes If you get get Ov your going to lose Ultimatrix like it or not inorder to get ov

Sorry like it or not either you have to fight them only thing I could suggest to you is when you reach the final round just focus on killing the highbreed once you kill him the core will spawn in the air above you just obtain it and leave the game before the other dnalien destroy the machine if they destroy it before you get the core you will be kicked
