Pretty solid list, the insight on every card is very appreciated, I have been having a lot of fun trying out this cards (playing exclusively with friends, not the most competitive environment and we do play some goofy shit) my pick was Nouvelles VV
One card I added to my extra deck that has actually helped me from time to time is Odd-Eyes Wing Dragon. When it's on the field it can either negate an effect monster or during the battle phase it can destroy all level 5 or higher monsters. If it's destroyed, it's pendulum effect boosts attack of a monster.
Man u give me so much Hope with this deck that Is insane. Every other content creator calls It "barely good" at best with many others saying that the deck Is trash, so as a player of this deck i'm Happy to see at least someone else defending the strategy
Deck profile is pretty optimal. However, I don't think preprep is good enough to have in the deck when you don't play old man. I don't really want to rely on it only then to be drolled after. One thing I would change is to play three saffira and no preprep. Therefore prayers is more efficient especially if you lose blessing/radiance to a backrow removal. Works pretty well with me, however I play voiceless kash, which is a major difference in playstyle. Overall, awesome decklist, always looking up to you for guidance because you're huge inspiration for the VV community

I just started VV and built mine different Playing 42 Cards with 15 HTs does give you better odds to draw 2 HTs and does not affect Starter odds much. Even 45 with 18 HTs works, because there are still a few soft bricks in the deck. Especially with the old man in deck
Without having more than 1 prosperity especially I would highly suggest against going over 40 because u could just draw the better handtraps more and I would rather play driver without gamma than play old man but if it works for u that’s all that matters! Thank you for commenting, it helps a ton!!

are you 100% sold on hand traps considering the FTKs of the format are mostly gone? (Beatrice, Gimmick Puppet, only Protos really survived) I've been tossing around the idea of main decking DRNM/Eclipse and less hand traps
Why is everyone saying puppets are dead after the banlist? It still FTK's it's just less consistent and not a 1 card combo anymore. But you can do it out of several 2 card combos... (The deck's main weaknesses in Bystals, shifter, droll are still there tho)
@@prophecywiz I don’t think old man is the reason your board gets wiped/stopped. Esp when I rarely draw into him for me to ever feel like it was a brick. I’m usually SS it with the trap turn 1 or searching him off Skull Guardian. As a long time ritual player I can tell you that old man being able to summon a ritual straight out of the deck is very good, I don’t think there’s anything like him in the game. Even worst case scenarios he’s ritual fodder, a beatstick, link material for SP, or a way to recycle spells. I think most bricks wish to be old man.

It should be free, u have 13 Ht in main, going first u set up sauravis with spell so u get to negate 2 extra deck summons pop 2 cards and an Omni negate plus the rest of cards in hand. They should never play past that ever
why not fiendsmith? i know it doesnt synergize as well as nadir but i often feel it has alot of starters and getting a des irae or ceasar on board wirhout comming to dyna sounds strong

You need handtrap to back up your board u need 12-13 minimum with no acceptation. Winda stuff is not a bad idea for side deck but is a brick if u hard draw trap, and old man is an unneeded brick I have not played it in any profile I’ve had success in people just play it because other people did, not because it’s good

i try using ur lists (minus mulchummy for money reasons) but i keep seeming to lose. when my hands are good i always win but im having trouble not opening multiple bricks. that seems to be my main issue with the deck. between blessings and radiance and pendulum graph and even the skull guardians it feels like im stuck with cards that aren’t working for me. this can somewhat be ignored going first (unless they clog my hand completely) but going second it is a real nightmare. what do you suggest. especially now with prosperity to 1

I've been playing omega for a few weeks, being able to shuffle the trap back in so you can activate it of lo is really nice in grind games

Opening pre prep is significantly better than saffira and it plays under shifter

Skull can negate desire and if u know they are playing branded u dump omega and shuffle one back negate one so it pretty much never comes up

Because nadir is way better going second and it get to your engine going first so I did consider fiendsmith but it’s just much worse

Yes he is a brick and will brick you more than you need his effect to win. Even if u use him u would have won without him

Yupp no old man I absolutely despise that card it’s an unneeded brick
i try using ur lists (minus mulchummy for money reasons) but i keep seeming to lose. when my hands are good i always win but im having trouble not opening multiple bricks. that seems to be my main issue with the deck. between blessings and radiance and pendulum graph and even the skull guardians it feels like im stuck with cards that aren’t working for me. this can somewhat be ignored going first (unless they clog my hand completely) but going second it is a real nightmare. what do you suggest. especially now with prosperity to 1
btw i’m not claiming to be the best player but i can’t seem to get my hands started sometimes that’s my biggest issue. not the grind game
So I’d have to see the hands etc to better understand why they aren’t working but I do stream 7 days a week on twitch of me playing voiceless if u wanted to tune in and watch, I’m playing this exact list and am currently top 50 ranked on db

@@prophecywiz el combo de nadir hace q el deck sea más vulnerable a droll te puede dejar sin jugada y te aumenta a que te tiren Nibiru y puede afectar un poco el juego o dejarte sin nada lo veo así igual te sigo apoyando espero algún día poder mostrarte mi deck y es bueno ver cómo no dejas morir el deck saludos
@@jonathancuervo2077u just make the important plays before u use nadir I think it’s mandatory but as long as ur succeeding im glad it’s working for u in a different way! Also fiendsmith plays into droll just as hard

No the chaos angel is not good. There is nothing u need to banish if u are resolving diviner and lo going second

It’s cool to out floods but u don’t need it, always keep it in mind tho incase its warranted

No I said u can still use lo to place the spells when anti spell is up bc it doesn’t activate them it places

@@prophecywiz i feel like it's a must since it gives you options from radiance and shuffles back your resources like blessing and prayer. But i also agree that it's a fat brick, especially if you play the nadir package so yeah i will definitely try both of your choices! (i didn't play nadir before, now without prosp it seems much more valuable)

Can't afford Dominus purge atm so instead i play Super poly so extra is bit different what do you think of that?
I would suggest playing the same extra I play and playing mourner over purge

Depends if ur going first or second but usually almiraj, guardina, underworld goddess, 1 dyna mondo, and the last depend on the gamestate etc
How do you feel about 2 Fenrir in the deck?
I think there is just no room, I like the idea of it but won’t ever cut handtraps or anything and never play over 40 to see less lo and ht

Droll is the best handtrap in the game this format so I would not have this attitude or your going to be punished by droll constantly
