I have free hit this week, have too little man city players and too many arsenal and liverpool players, from my experience its best to play sooner rather than later, ended up last season having to use my free hit and bench boost for the sake of it. With the number of free transfers you can accumulate it makes planning for blanks and double game weeks alot easier.
