Fabulous film Bob! I just gasped at the energy of the flock when they rose from the water, incredible beating of wings, like a loud drum, and I marveled at their ability to fly in close formation without colliding! It does remind us of our inexperience with wildlife increasing rather than decreasing, but often our interference, such as culling, leads to more complications. We always think we can control nature. Such hubris on our part!

Delightful Overview. I was once at Steveston at 3am on an October morning and it seemed like a waterfall of yelping and flapping as approx 6000 Snow Geese descended from the sky and splashed down in the water. Never to be forgetten! Thank you.

Thank you Bob Turner, powerful, hopefully the Roberts Bank Port expansion won't harm the habitat.
