It was my Dad that turned me on to The Beatles right before The Ed Sullivan Show! He bought me Introducing The Beatles on VeeJay records as well as Meet The Beatles on Capitol. He bought tickets for my Mom, my sister and cousin to see The Beatles at Shea Stadium in 1965. (Tickets were $5,.5 each!). When John Lennon was shot in 1980, I went to my parents home in NYC, and together all of us participated in the ten minutes of silence in Central Park. My Dad passed away nine years later, and anytime I hear about The Beatles, my Dad comes back to life! Thank you for this! ❤
THE BEATLES ONLY THE BEATLES FOREVER IN MY HEART!!! ✌️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💖💖💖💖💫💫💫💫🙏🙏🙏🙏
@mikedavis8008 I don't think you are qualified enough to understand how beautiful this song is. As a lifelong Beatles fan and musician born in the same year they broke in the USA on Ed Sullivan this song already has the stamp of approval of both surviving Beatles. Our opinions don't matter.
I'm a genuine Boomer, I was 17 when the Beatles first single was released and it was the Beatles that led me to a 5 decade journey of playing (and listening) to music. I literally grew up in the 60's with their music my constant companion. This brings back so many powerful memories, and, a great sadness of what SHOULD have been. Thank you - brilliant!
I used to listen to The Beatles with my father, he was a huge fan, but passed away out of nowhere, I know he would be so happy listening to John once again after what happened. I miss my father. Thanks for this awesome tribute ❤
I'm lucky enough to have mended the relationship I have with mine, the Beatles is pretty much all we have in common. I felt this comment close to my heart.
I just listened to this song with my dad (a huge Beatle fan) he got shocked and started to sing it, I felt so happy he could imagine what would ever happened if John was still alive, love you dad
My new boyfriend and I were riding in his '56 Ford Victoria, on Rt 2 in Cleveland. It was late December, 1963, and a new song came over the radio. It caught my attention, and I turned it up. It was, "I Want To Hold Your Hand," by a new group--The Beatles. I thought they were really good! Having retired to Florida, we will be celebrating our 60th anniversary next April, and we are still Beatles fans!
I'm normally against the idea of Ai and music but this was different. This was like stepping into another world but also reflecting upon the past. Well done!
Somewhere out there - there is a reality where 2024 saw the Beatles release this. As if.... nothing had ever happened and the Beatles did make up and make music together. IMAGINE that? David
I showed this to an older coworker (around 63), and she's a pretty big Beatles fan, to the point she can recoginse which Beatle wrote which song based on the music style. And she clocked this as a Lennon tune after like 30 seconds of listening
I'm sure Paul regrets not going to SNL when Lorene Michael's made that offer. They were both hanging out in NYC and considered doing it but were to tired. The adrenaline would've snapped them to attention. Epic moment lost for all time
Cool. A reunion but in the beginning of 80s. No more than that. Paul's voice became lower towards second half of 80. And we dont know what would happen to Lennons voice either.
I don't know why, i've ended listening to this song practically shedding tears... A ton of "what if's" arose in my mind... Loved the song... Thanks for sharing!! ❤❤❤
I'm absolutely speechless.. what a lovelie tribute piece for those men and all who were involved. I wish my dad was still with us to hear yous nailing the 🎸 I miss those good ole day's. Ty. ✌🏼❤ 🪶

This song went straight to my heart....still listening and tears forming in my eyes. I don't understand how AI works in song generation but...still shaking my head here...I am amazed that Skynet writes such good music.
You know it hurts reading all these young people hurting over their Mum's and Dad's passing. I too am a grandfather and think of how my children will be responding and feeling bad when it's my turn to leave this world. The Beatles have been such a big part of my life and I'm so proud to have passed on to my children the gift of the Beatles. All of them respect and love their music as I do and that makes me happy. 🌎☮️❤️
Know what would have been cool? If this would have been released on Feb 25; George's Birthday. Would have been amazing. But this works too; love the song.
I've been listening to the Beatles for 15 years and I think this work deserves to be part of the Anthology!!! Incredible work! I like it very much. Peace and love to all of you
Yes, it is a nice hommage to the Beatles, but I think that only "real" Beatles' songs should be included on an Anthology album. In my opinion you can call a song a real Beatles song, on which al least material from the members of the real Beatles is used and which is authorized by the still living members. For me "Now and then" can thus be called the last Beatles' song. But nevertheless I like this sentimental song.
wow this is amazing!!!! from the first moment i loved this song, now expanded and with more sense i love it even more. congratulations for this work, it even made me cry hehe ❤.
Thank you for this lovely tribute! Discovered this a few days ago and it keeps hunting me. I must have heard it a hundred times now and still can't stop listening. It gets better and better!
This is brilliant. As a huge Beatles fan and songwriter, the art and craft that has gone into this is incredible. It really could have been a Beatles song and there really.is no higher compliment.❤
Actually, that's what I expected from the last Beatles song... You really feel like you're listening to a Beatles song from like the 80s... The voices, the melody, even "George's" guitar solo sounds accurate to the real Beatles songs! In my opinion this is better than Now And Than! Can you release this on spotify?
❤ A beautiful song! It brought tears to my eyes and stirred the hopes of a better world back to full life. Much love to you, it must be shared to the utmost degree. ❤
I was in 7th grade when The Beatles took the world by storm and I've been a devoted fan ever since. I'm sure that if John had lived that the lads would have come together in some form or fashion for a couple of songs or shows, but there's no guarantee that their new music would have been as beautiful as this one. The spark that made The Beatles sound is present here. Something gets in my eye every time I listen to it. Thank your forever.

"Oh what could have been?"

If Yoko screamed right after that line then I would have believed it. She wrote "Imagine"

Funny how true the Letterman thing is. It almost happened.
