I broke my arm a little over a week ago. The restoration of the positioning was fairly easy. The Doc put me to sleep with enough drugs to put an elephant to sleep, and massaged my bone back up to where it is supposed to be. I had broken my radial (Big bone in forearm) off my growth plate(Bone connecting wrist to arm) and so the Doc had to put it back. A week later when I got is cast, the casting doctor gave me three rules( P.S. I got a water proof cast) I quote, " Number One rule: DO NOT STICK ANYTHING DOWN THE CAST, EVEN IF IT ITCHES!!! Two: do not hit anyone with the cast, even if they are being a pill. Three: do not do anything that hurts. I also want you to use your arm, fingers, and hands, as much as you can. Make sure not to hurt yourself however." Moral of the story: I will still do parkour/free-running. You can't really stop me. The best thing is not to worry because I know what hurts and what doesn't. This does not look like it will hurt much, really not at all(other than the normal pain of a new move. (: ). (I also typed this normally with two hands, because I already have almost full range of motion back). Purpose of this comment: please tell me what other moves you guys can think I can do w/ a broken arm in a cast. (I am still just beginning free-running. I have done parkour for almost a year now.)
I tried this once (sorry that I just skipped the video to see what it looks like and try it) and I messed up and the second time I did it! so excited thank you for teaching us these tricks I love parkour and I need practice but thank you love what you do for us viewers appreciate it
That's a great tutorial Ronnie, but just something that would make it easier for newbies like me is if you do more of it in slow motion, like how you split it in 2 half steps, if you could do that in slow motion that would be great!
you should make a tutorial called: "how to do a flair tutorial" but like on the ground only cuz I have seen you do that in one of your old videos and it will be awesome if you do so plz reply Ronnie :)
If i do this and kick my leg liks you do in the beginning, its really sloppy, but if i kick my leg back like you would, but without kicking forward first, its really smooth and flashy. but since i have to do that i cant combo it.
If you are having trouble with this move it is because Ronnie actually made it a little harder go and watch anons tutorial on the farang channel and he has a simpler version
Sir when you do a b twist or cork screw, you spin on right side but when you do helicopter you are spinning to your left... thats kinda strange... anyways great tutorial...next tutorial on somersault to kip up

Why flare your legs for a flashy kick when you can tornado kick them in the faces, since the helicoptor and the tordnado kick look nearly identical.
