Turns out I was right and this edit just made it seem way worse than it is. During this chapter gojo spends an insane amount of time and effort for marin's costume, and at the comic con notices how far out of his league she is due to the attention she's getting. He uncovers an inferiority complex and thinks that marin may no longer wish to hang around him, and has a solemn and sad expression on his face, as she's surrounded by fans and photographers. However, she notices his expression and it greatly disturbs her. She does not bring it up, though, and sees Gojo in his home in the next chapter when her father takes her to see him. She sees that Gojo looks better now, and thinks that she will not bring up the way he looked that day, since it may upset him again. tl;dr: gojo got scared and felt really sad, however things are likely not going to change and marin still loves him deeply

The main character is obviously Gojo, so the story is focusing on him. I like the way he's so realistically portrayed, as a kid who was isolated from everyone at a young age, and is only now learning how to feel the emotions he should've had much earlier in life. I know it may not be for everyone, but the nuances and subtle growth in his character to me feels very genuine, as if it comes from a place of deep understanding. In this current arc, he's obviously coming to terms with understanding the differences between him and the girl he considers a close friend, so I'm very eager to see how both of them grow from this situation

I read the chapter. It's actually a wholesome chapter. Gojo thinks that Marin is the only one that shines. Unbeknownst to him, the dress he made also shines. It's like Ironman and RDJ, RDJ made Ironman and Ironman made RDJ.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT (SPOILERS): After the photo shoot, Marin's friends who were present compliment her, but she gives credit to Gojo, then she receives a proposal from an agency to do cosplay. Marin then meets up with Gojo who has a sad face and on the way back the two are unable to talk to each other. in the next chapter we see that many agents would like to hire Marin, in the end we see a depressed Gojo crying. In the last chapter released Marin and her father go to Gojo to apologize because the father believes that Marin forced Gojo in creating the costumes, once the misunderstanding is resolved, Gojo, his grandfather, Marin and her father have lunch together and Marin's father is fascinated by Gojo and considers him a good guy, but Marin thinks back to Gojo's face after the photo shoot. After lunch Marin's father asks Gojo to take care of his daughter and Gojo promises. Now we just have to wait for the next chapter.

The main character is obviously Gojo, so the story is focusing on him. I like the way he's so realistically portrayed, as a kid who was isolated from everyone at a young age, and is only now learning how to feel the emotions he should've had much earlier in life. I know it may not be for everyone, but the nuances and subtle growth in his character to me feels very genuine, as if it comes from a place of deep understanding. In this current arc, he's obviously coming to terms with understanding the differences between him and the girl he considers a close friend, so I'm very eager to see how both of them grow from this situation

I read the chapter. It's actually a wholesome chapter. Gojo thinks that Marin is the only one that shines. Unbeknownst to him, the dress he made also shines. It's like Ironman and RDJ, RDJ made Ironman and Ironman made RDJ.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT (SPOILERS):
After the photo shoot, Marin's friends who were present compliment her, but she gives credit to Gojo, then she receives a proposal from an agency to do cosplay. Marin then meets up with Gojo who has a sad face and on the way back the two are unable to talk to each other. in the next chapter we see that many agents would like to hire Marin, in the end we see a depressed Gojo crying. In the last chapter released Marin and her father go to Gojo to apologize because the father believes that Marin forced Gojo in creating the costumes, once the misunderstanding is resolved, Gojo, his grandfather, Marin and her father have lunch together and Marin's father is fascinated by Gojo and considers him a good guy, but Marin thinks back to Gojo's face after the photo shoot. After lunch Marin's father asks Gojo to take care of his daughter and Gojo promises.
Now we just have to wait for the next chapter.
