The MIG video was very cool. So awesome that they actually put the customer service reps on camera. I’m not sure people realize Snap-On is one of the few companies left where you can call their customer support number and almost always get a real person after the first few rings. It’s amazing.
Just got my KCP1423 ordered. Almost Masters height, still get a tall hutch, iso-ride casters, 227 (masters-esc) over the 120 lb drawers on all the other classics plus 3 big drawers, power drawer, power tool holder, and a speed drawer. box is a steal of a deal and I feel highly under talked about

It’s a very technical process. First a visual inspection must be performed by a very educated person of fine social standing. Then we just blindly “trust the science” because… well just because. Good to see you my friend.
Just a quick question Jeremy I have a couple blue point master set cases. But didn’t directly purchase them from a snap on truck would I still be able to warranty them out or for a small fee. Also have some snap on ratchets didn’t know if it had to be warrantied on the truck or not.
Back January 2023 my S-O dealer refused to warranty a ratcheting combination wrench because I didn't buy it from him. I emailed corporate directly and they honored the warranty. I got my wrench quickly via UPS. If the dealer refuses you might want to email corporate. They are very quick with response times.
