It would need to be fully fenced, electric gates, completely paved driveway, solar panels already installed, annexes completed, complete outdoor kitchen/patio area, swimming pool and support equipment (tractor/lawnmower) included to justify going over 300k euros. Diamond in the rough.
Totally agree, for that price it should also have walk-in closets and separate showers, and who puts a dishwasher so far away from the kitchen sink, you would have to rip out a cabinet and all those drawers to move it to a serviceable area, the boiler room should have been fitted with shelves and made into a pantry/storage area. So much work here to be done. When asking over half a million for a property it needs to be move-in ready.
Nice house with lovely views, but an asking price of €590,000 is way over the top. Just three bedrooms and no swimming pool. Even if the land is all urban and you might get permission to build on it, I still wouldn't expect it to fetch more than €250,000-300,000.
Nice but way overpriced, specially since you have a lot of unfinished projects already started which would require extra investment. unfinished projects are a detriment rather than a selling point.

You mentioned a couple of times that the whole 16Ha are urban land? That can't be true, can it? I agree with most people, the price is just too much for what they are selling. It's a decent start and you can move in but too many things would need to be changed to make it worth it.
