    Wow I just released emotions from pain in my chest, probably from an old bicycle accident. I imagine listening to this meditation every day and releasing pain in my body, healing and rejuvenating me. Thank you.

    While I was doing this meditation I almost fell asleep twice because I was feeling extremely relaxed. Lol.

    So I focused on myocolonic jerks and they got much worse. Now what?
