Romans 12:2 When your Mind is transformed spiritually through the WORD of GOD the Lord Himself will give you perfect Peace and wholeness emotionally. The Bible is our 1st Counselor But I do agree with Dr. Anita, Mental Health is just as important as Physical health. Reach out for mental health help when needed. GOD BLESS you All

Two of my favorite daughters/doctors who just drop gems and keep going!! I often have to pause videos when Pastir Jackie is speaking because the wisdom just jumps out before I can even get my pen, so to see her slow Dr. Anita down at the EXACT moments where I would have paused was simply WOW!!! “We are culturally assaulting scripture!” and “Jesus comes before Paul.” 🤯MY GOD!!!
Loved this episode! Dr. Jackie asked GREAT questions and Dr. Anita had the white board out for class. The last segment about erupting or lingering emotions being the result an unmet need turned on a light bulb for me. “Just like we need food, air, and water, we need connection, worth and safety.” Whew! I start reading Dr. Anita’s book next week and am so excited.

Know when you can't help, not your power don't blame/condemn them, that is why you can't heal it out, my LORD--give it to God; pain is an unmet/unrealistic need, my God...good questions, Dr. Greene! Wow. This has helped me so much. I need to find a Christian therapist in my area. Between this and Dr. Phillips book, I'm starting to realize that I am not permanently damaged. I've been in church all my life and was told pray and let it go. I was always told that my problems were not as bad as someone else's so, I was fine by my parents. I have kept everything inside for so long.

Jackie… you wear a lot of hats. Your life has hit the ground fast… from one child to 3… a fast growing church… marriage and now a platform… it’s a lot. Escaping for a moment to regroup, to be with just you… ain’t nothing wrong with that. Thank you for sharing this version of yourself on camera… it seems like you were so relaxed and so you in such a small segment… I appreciate your humanity… we’re human simply put… being on GO all the time even if it’s subconsciously… it is alot.. so God bless you and keep escaping to keep cultivating the real you❤❤❤❤
11:30 wow I can relate. I’m here watching at 5am because I’ve been up crying because next month is the anniversary of my mom’s death, and she died on my birthday. Every time I think of my birthday coming up, I cry. It’s a constant reminder of my mom being gone. Next month will make one year. 💖🕊️
