    Dean. thank you for taking the time to simplify the math. I have to imagine you have a few tricks to simplify ratio spreads and straddles (combos). Have you made any videos with the same examples given here with 2:1 spreads/straddles?

      I don't because very low probability as a test issue. The way to attack more sophisticated strategies is tracking the money in and out as an initial set up and then plugging in the numbers offered in the answer set until one works. Process of elimination.

      Not on the test. In a calendar call spread if you are short the longer term option contract unlimited risk. Not on the test. Answer key is in the video description after the time stamps.

      Very low probability. Most of the questions will be vertical or price spreads.

    Dean when you refer you Sort inside,Long outside what numbers are you referring. Is it 121 short inside when you are profitable and Long outside 139 you are profitable.?

      I am referring to the market price of the stock in relationship to the breakevens of the straddle. Short straddles are profitable if the market price of the stock is in-between the breakevens and long straddles are profitable if the market price of the stock is outside the breakevens.       You got the first one right! Kudos!
      The second on was a debit call call spread. DEW. Debit Exercise Widen. Not PuSH. PuSh is for breakeven in a put spread. You were correct on max gain and max loss. You were correct on breakeven. You are correct that it is bullish.
      That performance will get it done. Good job! There is more practice questions on the channel too!

    Thank you so much for the visual explications of these strategies. I got it down faster by watching the video compared to reading the paragraphs in the textbook, the math explanation is a bunch of mumbo jumbo compared to your videos. Inch by inch options are a sinch :)

      Pretty good. Not straddles. Spreads. Everything else is correct EXCEPT for breakeven is not 216. It is 212.
