You should turn these motors into a portable bandsaw mill. Make a frame, inflate the wheels to tension the blade, and add a platton like a chiansaw mill. The benefits are less waste, no noise, no exhaust, no vibrations, lighter and much easier to use. More blade power transfer and better tracking with the push pull configuration. The motors can be driven in paralell with 1 driver. and they can be overdriven too usually. I think about 2-5kw would be a FUNCTIONAL very laser like machine, and light. I think it would make a perfect product. Though you may need a 5kwh battery to run the thing with high volume production. And the logs never have to be moved, all you need is a ladder to start the first cut and then its all manageable afterwards Use the ladder as a straight edge and a large circular saw to make the slabs into beams. Least waste. Least expense. I think you could get away with a 1kwh battery but its all up to the actual demands.
I also found out in another video that some of these motors are wired differently but mine was already wired as what some others want to achieve. And some others modify motors turn it into 1 phase AC and rule out the rectifier method, in this case, speaking of voltage and amperage outcome would be pretty similar.
No, the one I have in video has bundle of 4 wires each soldered together it’s ends. I think set of my older hoverboard motors had the configuration you described. Do you have a video link to motor you refer to? And possible coil rewiring? I posted photo of the motor in my channel, check it out and let me know if we are talking about the same configuration.
@@3phasetinkerer The image you posted, it's the same one I have. I saw another guy rewire the motor to produce a lot of voltage.with low RPM. I spent 3 days failing to rewire it, but now tonight I finally succeeded. I can produce more than 30 volts with a hand crank, but stock configuration I was getting 8 volts max. Check out the Hoverboard generator by "Crafty Dude DIY's" he was the one I got the inspiration from.
Just, it depends what kind of battery. I don’t think small gusts of winds could charge a big battery. For wind turbine use, you probably need to live in a windy area, use two of these motors and a gear mechanism to increase the rpm. Then maybe it would make sense.
👍👍👍👍👍

@@RobertSchmitt-u7l cool ideas. I actually turn them into surface brush and weed / grass blades for my large UGV robot
Cool video. I saw in another video some minor rewiring will triple your energy output!

@@3phasetinkerer So you don't have 3x5 wires (yellow, green, blue) and then 15x wires connected in the end?

@@3phasetinkerer Let me know if you need help rewiring.
