Older updates have that skin, but in newer updates, they're like an allay, but darker, allays are flying fairy things that are captured by pillagers, they can usually be found in pillager outposts, they are in the cages where you could find other mobs. If you give it a thorns enchanted weapon, it will damage you. If you drop an item, and put a chest or barrel, it will try to start collecting more of the item you dropped.

That ice angel thing is called a vex. Iys a mob summoned by an evoker, who can also summon beartraps from the floor to hurt you. Vexes can phase through walls and cause big damage, even with armor
