Hong kong has such a unique vibe. I was there briefly last year. It made me want to come back , and spend some real time there. Love the harbour, the night lights on the bay. Such an amazing place . Love all the unique places you find. The food is just top tier. Keep going but with your fitness journey . I’m training at the moment too.

As usual, beautiful photography, particularly the outdoors scenes in the beginning of the video. I would have thought these were the Caribbeans if you didn’t specify. I love that you included all aspects of Hong Kong such as the Dai Pai Dongs. I grew up in Chai Wan in the 60s where that was much the way of life. It brought back wonderful memories. I hope to see what Chai Wan is like today in one of your future videos.

I was puzzled: 28 degree day at those glorious, easy to reach Hong Kong beaches and NOBODY was swimming. Is it polluted or dangerous in some way? Puzzled. It looked beautiful so there must be something I don't know.

Are the waters cold in HKG? Why don't we see anyone swimming in it? Even though the weather is really warm during the summer in Vancouver (Canada), the waters are really cold but everyone still goes out to swim 🥶
I guess most people on the beach are people from the bus tours so they're doing the hop on/off thing- definitely more locals swimming on the weekends though! also none of us expected the weather would be so good that day...

The walking trail is called ‘Mills and Chung path’- google should show you where it starts. We took a mini bus that drops us off at HK Country Club
