Wow! I love how Mustafa's English is progressing so much! You can tell he is really working hard at learning this second language. I also enjoy how much all of them are so enthusiastic about trying all of these foods that are new to them. I know that when you first started some were very put off and would refuse to try certain things. It gladdens my heart to see them becoming more adventurous with new foods.
On the other hand, "adventure" to taste French desserts, the adventure is not too dangerous. It's still the only kitchen listed as a UNESCO heritage site if I'm not mistaken.
So glad Mama actually enjoyed everything! I really enjoyed this video! I would absolutely love to have some crème brûlée but I'm so happy you've all ben able to enjoy it! Good health, warm wishes, prayers and love sent to you all!
Cheese is (often) an aquired taste. You rarely like it from the start, but over time. So they'd have a hard time making them try some particular cheese, even if in France we're basically total addict that prefer this over anything else (at least me...).
I love how game they are to try everything. Even if they hesitate or voice concerns. It's a good way to live - you don't have to like it. You just have to try it.
Crème brûlée is wonderful. I like a lemon ginger version. The cracking of the sugar is fun, and the texture difference between crisp sugar layer and soft creamy layer is enjoyable.

I wouldn't serve that in my restaurant. For macarons, given the fluorescent color, it's clearly industrial and of fairly low quality. The macarons are colored, but not fluorescent! If you are looking for industrial macarons that are not expensive and good, I recommend PASQUIER. but homemade is even better! =) For crème brûlée, it's my indulgence, I'm glad you tasted it! =) I advise you to make another video with other French desserts like: Paris-Brest, clafoutis, les éclairs, tarte tatin, gâteau basque, opera, saint-Honoré

If you don't mind me throwing the question out there - what's the texture of these other types of halva/halwa like? I've only ever tried sesame seed halva, which is like a tightly compact, but flaky, cake. When I've seen recipes for these, they seem more like fudge in consistency.
