I just received mine, indeed the pedaling assistance with the torque sensor is great, but it's such a shame that the throttle grip is clamped at 28mph (32km/h) and that it is impossible to unclamp (disconnecting the wire from the controller and modifying the speed in the settings does not change anything). I have to do a video review on my channel but before that I would like to solve this problem
Very different from Aventon's sustainable no foam approach... but bike definitely looks well protected. Website needs some work as it is very difficult to tell what the advantages are of the Ranger over other offerings. What is the rear suspension travel? Is it more/better than other offerings? Does this model have a torque sensor versus other offerings?
That is a great point, all of our newest models do come with the foam packaging to help protect it during shipping. Regarding the bike, the main selling points for it are the battery, motor capacity, adjustable rear air shock. I can check into the max rear suspension travel, but it should around 4 inches. The ranger is our top of the line model, and it does come with a torque sensor. There are lots of ebike options in the market, so finding the right bike for you can be a journey. If you have any specific questions about this bike model though, we are more than happy to chat with you via online or over a phone call!
So to remove the throttle, you need to use an Allen key inside the throttle grip and remove the bolt out. Make sure that the bolt comes out of the throttle before removing it from the handlebars, otherwise the bolt will get stuck inside and won't be able to come out. It isn't too difficult a task, but let us know if you have any questions!
I need a manual for advanced settings for the display the info in the manual doesn't show the advanced settings menu ...do you have a link please....I have the ranger

I purchased this bike and absolutely love it. The only problem I have is how to reset the trip odometer to zero for each trip. Tried all the usual ways but no luck also nothing in the manual ..
Awesome, glad to hear you are enjoying it! To reset the trip meter, you press and hold the minus and I button at the same time. You want to avoid holding just the minus key as this will engage the walk mode, but if you are on the home screen and hold both keys, it should reset.
Great video, can’t wait for my Ranger to be delivered A couple of questions if I may, as a UK resident does the Charger come 3 pin or 2 pin? And how difficult is it changing the it to Twist and go? Due to UK spec. I’ve done my homework on derestricting😋😋 Big thanks from London 👍
I believe the charger is a 3 pin, and I am not sure on the throttle or restrictions since we mostly work with US and Canada inquiries. I'm sure a member of our UK support team would be able to help answer that question though, they can be reached via our UK website- Cyrusher.co.uk

Yo la tengo la cyrusher ranger tiene 10 meses 2800 kilometros y llevo 26 ciclos de carga, ya noto como la batería ha disminuido su rendimiento en más de un 20 %, la utilizo para ir al trabajo y volver a casa antes realizaba 4 viajes ida y vuelta y ahora solo consigo hacer 3 viajes. Con 26 ciclos de carga ya falla me he puesto en contacto con la marca mandandole varios email y ni me contestan. En la página oficial he escrito varios comentarios y ni los publican. Es lo que me temía cuando la adquirí los vehículos chinos Dan problemas.

Just be glad you don't have to drive this in Europe 25kmh here and no throttle 6kmh

Are the forks spring or air..?…….Nice bike….
The bike forks are spring coil forks, there is an adjuster dial on one side for locking it out
