When you are stressed, can people notice it? At what step of a project are you the most stressed? - What is your personality? / How do you work in team? / If I ask your friends who Robin is, what are they likely to respond? - What are your hobbies? - Why do you want to be an auditor? - How do you see yourself in five years? - Do you know how many hours you might have to work during busy days at KPMG? - Why do you want to work at KPMG and not at one of the other big four? - What is audit? - What are the different steps of an audit? - What is a cashflow? - What is a solvency ratio? - What is IFRS and how is it different from national accounting norms? - Do you have questions? Btw, it was very easy.
Thanks Robin, these questions are quite similar to those I got during my interviews with Deloitte. I was eliminated after the 3rd round interview with the partner though...anyways, all the best
When they ask "why KPMG?'' also talk about their core values, look at the KPMG world rankings, such as the company's diversity ranking etc... bring up some numbers...talk about that the company invested this amount into innovation and technology and say that as being a young employee it is important that the company invests into innovation, because that is the future...

@@gokulnaidu122 Pwc, Deloitte, EY and KPMG are the big four. KPMG is the smallest of them.

You'd better let them know you won't rock the boat. Use phrases like, "Looking to learn.", "Team", etc.
