Omg...this is why I was falling all over the place😂😂...thanks!!
Happy to help!!
OMG this is smooth as eggs
Like the other comments say, I'm excited to find an outdoor skating channel! There is a local rink where I live, but it's only open on weekends. I want to learn how to safely skate outdoors so I can go skating when the mood hits me. LOL. Thanks for taking everyone along on your journey!
It’s such a different and fulfilling experience to skate outdoors vs. the rink. Very scary at first but well worth being brave for. Thanks for letting me know you like the channel so far!
Since I have been obsessively skating outdoors over the past 4 months I've noticed I'm skating very much like this! It's much different than in a rink. I rarely lift my skates off the ground outside, even when turning corners. It's much smoother and having your weight on the back really helps with stability, especially on outdoor terrain. So nice to see a video on this!
Yes you described the difference exactly! Glad you liked the video!
YESSSS!!! Finally a quad roller skating channel for outdoors, your AWSOME😀!!!!...made my morning
Right on! I’m happy to hear it! More on the way!
I have 2 skates, and one of them is a roller skate. But since it's an indoor wheel, I'm looking for an outdoor wheel. There are no outdoor wheels in Korea, so I'm looking at the overseas side.👍
Yes, you’ll be looking for a 65 mm or 62mm wheel with a durometer rating of 78. It will be a much safer, faster and smoother ride!
@@TheSkateOutdoors thank you very much~
This made my day, finding a new outdoor skating video. 🎉🎉 I was on a trail for the first time last weekend and absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to get out again. I’ll add your video to my playlist. Keep ‘em coming! Great visuals and tips. 😀
Thank you so much for the encouragement! That means a lot to me!
@@TheSkateOutdoors I really have to learn to relax and cruise on my skates like you’re doing. I find myself losing momentum or getting tired sooner because of the pumping. With that, I’m getting more out of the heels, and not conserving energy, if that makes sense. I’m going to make it a point to watch this video every time I get out as a reminder.
Love this!
Thanks for letting me know!
Is there such thing is light weight roller skates ? I have skates but thier super heavy .
Yes! Look for a skate with a nylon plate. It’s strong but much lighter than the typical metal one. My skates are Moxi Lollies and they have the Powerdyne Nylon Thrust Plate.
Can you add the wheel info? Thank you in advance! 🤗
Yes sure. In this video I’m using Moxi Gummy wheels, 78 a durometer, 65mm
@@TheSkateOutdoors Roger that!!!
