Came here for same reason. The first time I saw this movie I was in literal tears from laughing so hard. Such a simple fun movie. Watching this again made my sides hurt. He really was a comedy genius.
Easily the best, funniest, most original wtf scene in the while movie. This scene holds its own against any classic 80s Pee Wee skit. All in one take too. Perfection!
I was just thinking that too. Here I am at 9 o'clock in the morning, 74 yrs old and watching Pee Wee and laughing. I needed this ! Thank you Paul !!!!!
I love how in the background, everyone comes closer to check out what's going on. It reminds me of that RUclips video of the guy playing a trombone or trumpet in at a fence in front of a open field and the grazing cows all come closer to out of curiosity.
I wonder how many times it took to get this scene just perfect. Because he has just the right silliness with the balloon mixed with his facial expressions. I bet he practice the hell out of this LOL
I only wish I could relive watching this for the first time. I was the same. Watched the movie last night for the second time, and could not wait for this.
Was watching this very late at night while in an Xbox Live party with some friends and I had to take my headset off and look away from the screen to keep myself from passing out.
This is pure comedy genius. There's nothing to it. Just a guy and a balloon. It's something we may have seen done many times. Something the way Reubens does it is just . . . well, funny. I was nearly on the floor with rears streaming down my face.
“I can't write a piece about "Touch of Evil" without shouting out the breathtaking three-and-a-half-minute opening tracking shot that follows Charlton Heston and Janet Leigh making their way across the Mexican border. It is obviously the most breathtaking technical filmmaking element of the movie, and one that required so much coordination and focus to pull off.” Pee-Wee says, “Hold my beer.” 😊❤️
Rip Paul. You were my hero since I was 3 yrs old attending nursery. I'm sorry I never met you ... I'm so so so sorry cancer beat you... I hate there's no cure... I wish this never happened to you... my childhood hero ... the only person I looked up to... watching you before nursery.. making me smile... making me feel all warm and fuzzy... you were my first love ... I was only 3 but you kept me going... you made me who I am now... I miss you Paul... my peewee
When I saw Pee Wee's Big Holiday with my wife at the Paramount theater in Austin, Texas during the SXSW Film Festival, everyone in the audience was laughing like crazy through the whole scene, then cheered when it was over, and then when the amish community started doing the audience was laughing like crazy all over again. This scene is priclessly hilarious!
One of my favorite scenes . I just love Peewee , rest in paradise Paul , I love and miss you so much, Thank you for all the wonderful memories and smiles xx
CazzSDMF when I first saw this on Netflix and got to this scene I started off like "really?"....and then as the scene never cut away I eventually started losing it.
I honestly didn't think I was going to laugh this time. I figured that I've seen it already, and watching this scene isolated without the pacing of everything that happened before it, I was worried that it was just going to fall flat. But, while I was laughing my head off (again), I realized something very special going on. Pee-Wee is telling them a story with the balloon! Now, don't ask me what the story is. I'm sure anyone can take what they want from it. But, when I watched his facial expressions, it became clear to me what he was doing, and it made me love this scene even more!
Actor Paul Reubens, who came to fame in the 1980s as children's TV star Pee-wee Herman, has died years after a cancer diagnosis, his team said Monday July 31, 2023. .He was 70 years old. (This is a developing story).
This was a very funny scene and it's great how all the Amish's loved his balloon trick feeling that they really loved Pee Wee. Even though I know that the Amish people don't have machines including TV's, it's too bad that they didn't see Pee Wee on the news trapped down the well where if they don't have TV's in their village, I thought maybe they could have been to a restaurant where there's a TV and then saw Pee Wee trapped down the well where one of them could have said "Brother Pee Wee, is trapped."
The most amazing part is, as an LA-based comedian, his lungs weren’t so done in by the perma-smog that he could blow up the balloon without genuinely passing out.
I can't stop watching this!!! I love every single face and how it goes perfectly with every sound hahahaha and the little bit of jingle bells hahahhahahhahahahhahahahahahhaahahhahahahahahhahahahhahahahhahahahhahahhahHAHAHHHAHA. I cried.
One of the best 2 minutes of movie history. Never noticed it the first thrity times i watched this but i also like the woman at 1:46 that abviously gets told to move out of the shot
HAHAHAHAHAHA That was SO FUNNY and for that to be done all in one take is just absolute PERFECTION. This really stands on its own. You cant compare this to Pee-Wees Big Adventure.
RIP Pee Wee. When I heard the news I immediately came back to watch this scene. Rest in power Paul!

Perfection!
His a scream when he got scared to was pretty damn funny too
The helicopter hair scene killed me.
Not original...
@@crosseyedcricket2394 No one cares.
I sat there in dead silence for 2 minutes watching a man with a balloon. Best moment of my life.
I was just thinking that too. Here I am at 9 o'clock in the morning, 74 yrs old and watching Pee Wee and laughing. I needed this ! Thank you Paul !!!!!

This scene has the power to make me 10 years old again, and laugh while crying, absolutely giddy!!! AWESOME FUN!!!!!!
This is one of the best scenes ever filmed and put on celluloid. Period.
I cried laughing. He makes it laugh and sound like a musical instrument.
first time I saw this I didn't stop laughing, the buildup on the blowing up the balloon
I think I lost five pounds laughing at this scene.
Same here lol peewee is funny for making the balloon fart pfft hahahahaha lol 😂🤣
The look on his face and the timing is just excellent
I only wish I could relive watching this for the first time. I was the same. Watched the movie last night for the second time, and could not wait for this.

Laughing and crying all at once. Not only was he funny as all hell, he stayed pretty damn good looking. ❤ May his memory be a blessing.

A scene that will never be repeated. RIP Paul Reubens 1952-2023

This scene had me dying! So simple but so funny at the same time! 😂😂
I didn’t know what that was until I saw the video
@@flashyandwinter isn’t that how RUclips works? Or anything for that matter? You don’t know what a video is until you watch it!
Laughed so hard I cried. RIP Paul
I'm concerned about Paul Reubens' lung capacity.
used to do this as a kid...................& I still do, whenever I get my hands on a balloon. :)
That’s so cool make a video of pee weed balloon song it would be funny
I need a 10 hour loop of this glory
The New And Improved Clorox Bleach ruclips.net/video/Ogfn1hp6olk/видео.html
Legend has it that Pee Wee's balloon song can defeat the Slender Man.
But can it defeat a dystopia
This part had me CRYING! Absolutely the funniest part of the whole movie.
best part of the movie
I had to watch this, to keep myself from crying lol. RIP Paul. You gave me an incredible childhood.
Who disliked this?! The movie wasn't terrific (especially after the long wait), but this scene was absolutely golden.
LOLLLL i was all "WTFFFF" on the whole scene and couldn't stop laughing. Geez lol thats why i am here
One of my favorite scenes . I just love Peewee , rest in paradise Paul , I love and miss you so much, Thank you for all the wonderful memories and smiles xx
Lol. All shot live. No sound editing or anything. Raw improve genius. Why Paul Reubens as Pee Wee is legend. The ultimate cheer you up character.
RIP Paul Reubens. You were a great entertainer and will be missed.
why is this so god damn funny
Because it's Pee-wee Herman

One of a kind. Thanks for the laughs, Paul.
This is absolutely hilarious!!!
I like the fact that he has a balloon in his coat pocket.
There were a few momments in this movie that had me laughing till I cried. I hope he does more movies. I miss Pee-Wee Herman.
This and Peter Sellers in Revenge Of The Pink Panther, laughing gas clip. LOL for real!
This is the equivalent to the “Paging Mr Herman” scene from Pee Wee’s Big Adventure. It is top tier comedy that only Peel Wee could’ve pulled off.
The two ladies in the back at 0:46 I can’t 🤣🤣🤣

I’m sitting in a restaurant and can’t stop laughing
This > Entirety of Batman VS Superman
I liked the part where batman killed a bunch of dudes tho.

best scene EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR
+Andrew Andrade TOTALLY!! I laughed until I cried...absolute Pee-Wee classic.
1:40 is jinglebells
When he hit jingle bells it was like his magnum opus
This movie had a lot of wonderful surprises, and this was one of them
This scene changed my life!
That was a wild ride, thanks Pee Wee
1:36 had me crying laughing. That is the funniest shit!
Now I remember why I used to get baked and watch Pee-wee's Playhouse
Ah, the deflating balloon squeak. Always a classic Pee-Wee Herman moment. Miss you, Paul Reubens, R.I.P.
As soon as the balloon starts whining I start laughing. My god, I’m a child.
I cried.

His scream is hilarious 😆
No matter how many times I see this I can’t stop laughing.

I watched this movie yesterday on TV me and my mom was dying of laughter so I wanted to watch it on RUclips but this scene is the most funny lol 😂😂
The Jingle Bells in the middle cracked me up!
Me too
I think this Pee-wee is better than the old one
he just cut their production in half
I'd give my right hand to own this movie on DVD
I've realized this makes my cat think I'm dying and rush to my rescue
Anyone else get a funny reaction for your cat? I’m dying
My cat came in the livingroom looking for where that noise was coming from. She was kind of glazed-eyed.

I literally almost died from choking and coughing when I watched this part of the movie! Blue in the face from laughing
the biggest love of my life
Between 1:33-1:34 he looks into the camera. Almost seems as if he had no idea how long this scene was supposed to last.
Big Holiday is no joke, it is a real sequel.
I live the crowd slowly building up in the background
Bring back the playhouse!
Glad I'm not the only one who laughed way too hard at this scene. One take too. Respect.
Pee-wee also did this shtick in an episode of Pee-wee's Playhouse and in the Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway.
The man was a legend ......and a smart business man
This shows that he truly understands the subtlety of true comedy. This is the kind of stuff that Steve Martin or John Candy would do.
Omfg I'm crying from laughing so hard.... also, I adore your name HerbityFurt.... LoL
R.I.P., Paul Reubens.🪦😢
