The difference between a crush and love is that with true love you know a person isn't perfect but accept imperfections or things that might indicate differences in taste. It's very hard to live up to perfection. Not that Dimash isn't perfect :). But it's good to see someone who can objectively criticize, kindly. Keep it up!
IMHO, when reacting to a person you've never heard before, perhaps knowing a bit about their history vis-a-vis the song you chose. I'm commenting on this link to your previous video. Dimash was 22 years old; away from home for the first time; in a country where he spoke no Chinese. He was chosen to lead off the show because the producers thought he'd sing one song and then would be voted off -- as the show was for seasoned Chinese singers. He was the first non-Chinese participant and also the youngest. There is a video of the producers telling him how he needed to perform to even have a hope of lasting on the show. In the beginning of the video, there he is, hands clenching/unclenching with nervousness. His little smile at the end was a brief "whew, I did it." Those of us who have followed this young man's career since 2017/2018 have watched him grow up as an amazing young man and as a singer. After this performance aired, Dimash was told he needed to have bodyguards accompanying him when he went outside. There is video of him meeting, with much nervousness, his idol Jackie Chan who heard him and asked to meet him. Anyway, we Dears are admittedly protective of Dimash because we've seen him as a singer and as a person. I'm glad you've been introduced to him. He is special in myriad ways.
I belive it's his little brother Mansur who wrote the song..Dimash gave him the credits in his consert in Almaty when Dimash first sang it.😊

Apologies for the angry passion you experienced, Sir. The love between Dimash and his "Dears" runs very deep, and for good reason. His music is unique, yes, and what we think is the best in the world. However, it is his personality that is so beloved by his fans. If you can forgive the "naysayers" and continue to watch more of his performances, you will see why I say this is so. The reactions of the people that criticized you is contradictory to all that Dimash stands for.

I am sorry that you felt attacked and I appreciate that you were willing to give Dimash another go. Dimash fans are passionate, but I went through the comments and unless you deleted the worst ones, most were polite and respectful even though they had some disagreement with your assessment of Dimash. Every fandom has aggressive fans. If you stop reacting to artists with fans who have trouble accepting any criticism of their favorite, you won't have anyone left to react to. If you choose not to listen to any more Dimash, you will be missing out on one of the most versatile, unique, and talented singers alive today. His skills are frankly astonishing and there is no one who can do all that he does with his voice. He sings in virtually every genre and in many different styles and languages so there may be something in his vast repertoire that you will enjoy more. This particular song is probably my least favorite Dimash song, but it was nice of Dimash to help his brother get his song out there. There are so many more wonders to behold. Dimash himself is a kind, loving, generous, and humble person and would not condone anyone speaking ill of others. It would be a shame if a few zealous fans kept anyone from discovering more about this amazing artist. Having said all that, if you continue to react to Dimash, please don't feel the need to refrain from giving your honest thoughts. The vast majority of real Dimash fans understand that Dimash is not for everyone.

Yes.. I would recommend "Stranger" as others have, if you want to see more of what he can do...this is a nice song but written by his 16,17 yr old brother.

Please cc ould you react to Dimash's performance of the song "If I Never Breathe Again" from his "live" concert in Almaty. It'll give you a small idea of the scale of his latest concerts, and how incredible he is artistically. He dedicates this song to his "Dears" and you will begin to realise just how much his career has taken off in the last few years.

Thank you for trying to find out more about Dimash despite the criticism you may have had before. It is disheartening to observe the barrage of opinions people shower upon you when you are only trying to find out more about a new to you artist. That being said, this was likely just a small error on your part when you kept referring to Dimash’s sister. Yes, Dimash’s sister has performed with him and she appears as one of the three siblings in this video, but Mansur is the youngest brother and did a great job composing and performing on both keyboard and guitar in the video. He deserves recognition for his contribution. Sorry that you’ve been nervous to react to Dimash because of the most vocal and highly sensitive audience members. The more mature dears can perhaps accept that not everyone will react the same way for every song Dimash performs. Cheers from Canada!
I do apologize for my mix up, I took in some incorrect research and didn’t take the time to double check until another Dimash Dear pointed it out to me before the video went live and could only edit the titles and add a disclaimer to my description. In all honesty, the family is so talented it’s only a matter of time before all of them are composing and performing music with and for each other. So much talent in one family, it’s amazing.
@@DavidBraileyLive I noticed that the title was correct, so I figured it was an oversight. Raushan (Dimash’s sister) is currently studying medicine. Although she is absolutely beautiful and has a lovely voice, she is less comfortable in the spotlight than her elder and younger brothers. I believe that they have grown up around the stage (both parents perform), but Dimash has upgraded from his parent’s generation. It happens sometimes! :)
You could maybe react to Dimash's IKANAIDE, a quite different style from the previous reactions you've done 😁🙏

I don't know if you want to receive feedback on your sound but it's muffled. Your voice sounds normal but Dimash's presentation Is weakened in some technical way.

I liked your first reaction to dimash. Personally i think this song is generic and boring, with cringe costumes and bad CGI for no reason. He doesnt need any of that, it only brings him down.
For emotional performance, my favorite is " Daybreak" from Bastau. For cocky and playful "opera 2" is fun. For an original he wrote as a teenager and proof of his alien heritage "unforgettable day".
