    Make sure you have protein right after you workout also just drink black coffee instead of expensive pre workout ❤🌞

      @@worldtravelerxoxo1201 normally I’ll have chomps in the morning if I need a quick snack post-workout or cook breakfast at home. I’m not always drinking coffee on an empty stomach. Your advice is 100% right though. Your concern and advice is well appreciated :) maybe I’ll have to film a more in detail video
