Steve Harvey may not have a classic set but he is funny in general. He's the perfect comedic host. Add that to his total body of work makes him a HOFer
Chaz we old. You have to start with dynamic stetches (lunges, arm circles, jumping jacks etc.) Touching your toes and all of that is static stretching and that's what you should do after your workout. And from what you described you might want to check out a chiropractor.
