  • Arromanches-Les-Bains is a small town on the coast of Normandy. It is famous for being the location where the Allies built their Mulberry Harbor or artificial floating harbor during World War II. Join me as I explore the town and also the Normandy American Cemetery.

Nice informative video, TY. I'll be going for 80th anniversary. Will be staying in Arromanches Les Bain.

Thanks for watching. Yes, it will be a historic event. My friends in the area are preparing every day. Enjoy and be safe.

I love the pronunciation of Arromanches and Bayeux!
Anyway, thanks for a very good video that makes me want to go back!

Visitors will find lots of small hotels along the coast. I was very happy with a little family-run place at Lion sur Mer. Much cheaper and more convenient than staying in Caen.
