same man it keeps flickering i think its the cord that you plug in to give the ps4 more power needs to be a 5v cable or else will just keep flickering but thats just what i think because its happening to me too

It will work with your laptop or your cpu but u will still need a HDMI to VGA adaptor with micro USB port to power up the ps4hdmi port since the port doesn't have any 5v of its own !
