      Hello Mr. Manoj. We design and manufacture the phosphate sludge separation systems. We don't have expertise in making the phosphating chemicals. Will surely let you know, if we come across this information.

    The tank is 12'x7'x5' ( just a estimate size) with heat tube at the bottom of tank. The tank is divided, heat tube on one side of wall, spray system motor weir on the other side. Sludge settles at bottom while running production on heat tube side. There is a pump filtration on the motor weir side of tank(spray system). With the volume of product and shifts, what can be a solution for removing sludge from heat tube side?

      Thank you Dunae Burton for the question. We will work on this and come back to you by Tuesday next week

      Hello Dunae Burton, apologize for the late reply. I wondered how to explain it in this short comment box since I will have to use drawings to explain it correctly. However, I will let you know the logic that I would use to design such a system-
      The design assumptions-
      1. Continuously removing sludge is essential.
      2. Phosphating chemicals should not go to waste
      3. The separation should be automatic, without any manual involvement.
      Design logic-
      1. If possible, make the tank bottom slope on one side and make a tank drain on that side. The drain should have a valve so that we can shut it whenever we want to.
      2. Connect a scraper conveyor to the drain valve. The sludge, along with chemicals, will continuously flow by gravity in the conveyor.
      3. The conveyor will transport the sludge out automatically.
      4. We will use a pump to deliver the sludge-free chemicals from the top of the conveyor to the process tank through a simple mesh filter.
      5. The mesh filter can be in a 1 working, 1 standby arrangement.
      This is one of the solutions to solve this problem. In case you want to discuss this in detail, please email us at sales@innovationfilter.com.

    Good innovation. But an operator will be required to replace centrifugal filter. Can it be some type of automatic arrangement?

      @thinkfilter  3 года назад

      Thank you for your comment Mr. Khan. Yes, an operator will be needed to remove the rubber basket once its filled (its holding capacity is 4.5 kg). There are centrifuges which can be cleaned automatically- company called Centrasep makes them. But they are considerably expensive with lot more moving parts.
