MITM might’ve won the mission, but for me, team WE ARE was the most memorable. That performance solidified Wen Zhe as my favourite Cgroup trainee, and I got to appreciate Bora’s duality, while we got to see the most memorable performance of Manami. They became my favourite trio.😊
Yujin and Cai Bing are too different concept-wise. Cai Bing wouldn't have done a good job with Fate, she didn't make a bad choice it's just that mnet is shit
Why was it bad to separate from cell members? Every cell broke themselves up during this challenge. They chose what they wanted to do, what interested them. I don’t think anyone thought badly of Cai Bing at this juncture.
I think Cai Bing wished to be in a different team and a different performance and not to be in the same team as Yujin after How You Like That performance. Cai Bing wished to prove that she can be a good performer and she can be successful on her own without being on the same team as Yujin starting from Combination Mission on gp999. Therefore, Cai Bing and Yujin were destined to be separated and on different team beginning from Combination Mission of gp999.
All 3 of the members were not of high rank anyway, so it was not that much of a surprise. Manami might be the only one that could have gained more votes to perform on the final episode had mnet gave her more of a focus on their editing.
She was fortunate because most of her group members came to her, since they were mostly lower ranks (and thus, chose after her). It was just her and Bahiy at first, and then all the kiddies joined them.
Dayeon was also fortunate that the rest of the group members of Ice Cream are relatively inexperienced and probably do not have the training or expertise that Dayeon has in creating choreography of a song from scratch and being the killing part of the performance. So most of the other members of Ice Cream team simply follows Dayeon's lead to complete the performance.
Honestly watching this clip even 4 years later feels so interesting to me, not just cuz i know where most of girls are at in their story, but also how each of their futures were impacted
- Kim Bora might fit in MY SEA but they are in low cell rank but she did good job in RAP she looks like ALL ROUNDER. - Kim Hyerim might fit in All About You if she didn't got low cell rank but she did good job in SALUTE. - Kim Doah might be fit in VVS or WE ARE she is good rapper has FLOW and LYRICS like she did in PRODUCE 48 but she show more her dancing to see everyone how good she is and her presence in dance. - Lou Fie might fit in MISSING YOU if she got the VOCAL & RAP part. - Manami might fit in MY SEA on her image but she did good job in WE ARE and the iconic "MANAMI ON THE BEAT YAH" This all MY OPINION.

The problem is mnet editing. mnet is the one to blame. For all the performances, Reina was outstanding, but mnet chose to focus on others. For Fiesta team 1 performance, mnet chose to focus on the performance of Xingqiao and her struggles instead of the performances of Reina, Yeyoung and Sunwoo. For Missing You performance, mnet chose to focus on the struggle of Yurina instead of the performance of Reina.
it was a death sentence... for all the members who were there. i can understand cai bing's decision because of her fierce look. same goes to chiayi, jia and doah. but hyerim a luofei... they really didn't match the concept. that doesn't mean they can't try new concepts because the point of the mission was to choose something different (like youngeun choosing vocal instead of dance). and the team was evil edited to the point the only survivor lost more than half of her fan base + two members (d* and j*) were seen as bullies. mnet really wanted this team out: no one survived. cai bing's elimination was the most traumatic elimination on a survival show and mnet is the one to blame.
