I think the best coincidence here is that they somehow ended up in the same team, this is the most stacked all rounder team ever on this show even with just 3 people.

I can never take my eyes off Yaning, there’s something about her aura that’s so captivating, and wow her vocals, she’s truly an all rounder. Mashiro did amazing with leadership and was so charismatic. Jiwons vocals are insane, and her elegancy brought something new to this rock vibe. This was easily one of my favourites! They all deserve to debut

Now this. This is what stage presence and charisma is all about. This is the definition of it. This high amount of performance quality happens when you actually have fun on the stage. And thats what i'm looking for in these trainees, whether they are able to enjoy it or not. It will also affect my pleasurable experience as an audience watching as well, their energy is transferred to me. Also Yu Faning and Huh Jiwon blew me away in this performance with their vocals omg

So much in this perf explains why they won this. 1. The idea of putting rock elements to it. Mashiro and Yaning both have natural deep voices which are more suited with rock genre and was evidently highlighted here. 2. The distribution of parts. They absolutely knew who can kill which part the best and each one of them got the part where they can highlight their strengths in their vocal colors. Especially Jiwon which admittedly, I doubted would fit in to this song. She proved me wrong. 3. The vocal slide (I dunno if used the correct term) where the three of them harmonised. It was such a great add to this performance since MITM is originally rap-focused song. By adding that, not only they redirected the song as a vocal performance but they totally showcased another important part of a vocal performance - harmony/blending (not sure if I used the correct term too) 4. The final part where Yaning put melody on the lyrics. It greatly blended well to their theme (being betrayed by someone you love). The tone she used portrayed so much of the emotion she wants the audience to feel on the lyrics. And Jiwon hitting that high note at the end was a great setup to finish Yaning's haunting melody. So yeah. All in all, they absolutely ate this performance and it didn't feel like a copy to the original but instead, they took it and made it their own. Kudos to them.

If talk about talented yaning is the most talentedt trainee in gp999 now. she too talented to let go. Girl Planet is not her level. She same level as Sm artist with her vocal. If you know her since youth with you. She can opera too. She and bora our future main vocalist

Being in a three person group is the right choice. The most risk deserves the most reward. Also, the airtime per person is more than larger groups. I hope that Sakamoto Mashiro, Huh Jiwon and Fu Yaning’s ranks rise within their respective groups.

ましろちゃんって、ガルプラで色々なジャンルのパフォーマンスに挑戦して、自分の魅力を最大限にアピールするのが上手かったな〜。
これ以前は完全に可愛い路線だと思ってたのに、ここからどのジャンルも行けることを証明して見せて、結果も出して、、、。
