In case anyone is wondering, yes you can customize your characters to have different special attacks or transformations. I was just as freaked out when I put a special potara item on my kid goku, which made him transform into Frost on the second turn. It is very fucked up but can happen, if you don't know how to use all of the many accessories in the game. Didn't help that I can't read Japanese in ultimate mission X for the 3DS.
Why isn't Warp Kamehameha available as an accessory ability? It appears all the other super attacks were unlocked as I progressed except Warp Kamehameha.
I actually like Dokkan's art style more but yea super attacks could be better but they are slowly getting there with new cards having sick animations + active skills etc.

You can create the character with custom moves or, pick an already existing character and customise them, but there are limits to what you can do with characters that already exist

tay the videogame warrior yea sadly this is more of a demand thing this card game does super well in jp arcades and there are quite a few people excited for this in the west the closest thing to this in an actual fighting game would be raging blast 2 and budokai tenkachi 3 (they could’ve given us sequels to either one but we might never see that happen) but since movements are limited in heroes compared to other db games it might be faster to make characters and have a bigger roster like they do then in other games
