Despite her small amount of screentime and no appreciation on her since people call her Godzillas Helper, She is still the Godess and the main show to me (other then ghidorah). She brightened up this movie to me more then anything else, and she still has her badass side too. Just imagine being a giant fire bird getting stabbed in the chest by a stinger. That would hurt so bad. But i love it. I do wish they brought her back in GVK as a larva since they teased the mothra egg being in china at the credit scene
When I saw the making of mothra on blue ray and how she was shown walking on all limbs and different angles......It saddened me how all her full glory wasnt showcased like this in the movie and she was blurred by special effects :( . It took away more than it added, imo.

His entire design standing in seas and cities, with more expressions and interactions. Kong is a slight exception, with camera-work still making him grand and strong, meant to be respected, though more approachable as simply being an oversized ape. Then came the draconic monsters in legends - stories scattered through time, with marks and drawing faded upon Earth's face. *'Godzilla: King of the Monsters'' focused the Titans as: - HIGHLY ancient and evolved beasts - Empowered unprecedented hybrids with mighty, almost mystical powers - Intellectual and prideful creatures that provides service to nature and it's generations of living being - Revered and immortalized Wonders and/or Horrors in Earth and Human History. Their mystery and glory to Modern-time Humanity is almost... Incomprehensible. All emphasized by scenes like Godzilla veiled in deep seas, and magmatic earth, the Alien-Ghidora in storm clouds _(though had more close-up shots as the main Antagonist that then died),_ Rodan in soot, smoke, and smoldering rocks. With Mothra being the heart of the story, the beacon of hope and order, and the mediator of-sorts among the chaotic beasts of old, she is _DRESSED_ with the finest beauties of nature: Waterfalls, Calming fog, and Overwhelming Sun, mixed with her vibrant bioluminescence. Like 'Kong vs. Godzilla,' if and when 'Legendary Pictures' give a movie, or featuring time in a Godzilla/Kong sequel, for Mothra and/or Rodan, I'm sure they'd be showing more of the animalistic designs and behavior _(that Mothra strut, tho', 😆),_ grown content with the modern era and less of the reverence in past generations, whilst still having moments of glorious, colorful showings. 😊
She is her form right now is nothing like her past form she had a regular moth appearance but this one is 30 times bigger than her other form and I’m counting the wings the wings in her past form weren’t big they were regular wingspan limit but this one has beetle like wings and 1 eye on each like most moths do and her wingspan is not only beautiful they are 20 times bigger than her past wingspan

This is the most realistic portrayal of Mothra I have ever seen! I had mixed opinions on this interpretation of Mothra. But after I saw the movie, the new design really grew on me and now I love it. I especially like how this Mothra has bioluminescence

Helps others who mat not be completely familiar with the feeling of Old-Tohou Mothra, and Legendary Picture's intricate redesign in it's raw showing. 🙂 No matter the more multi-insect design, or if the song is consider old and/or "too traditional" to some, both of their magnificence are well in-sync with each other.😍 And like Godzilla after 2 movies, where he's thematically and visually familiarized by the views of modern-era humans, _I do believe_ Mothra (and other monsters, potentially) will have moments of simpler behaviors, where the audience can see her design outside of her angelic light _(that bug-strut though, great Queen, 😅),_ but still able to bring back that heavenly aura and strength, maybe more confidence of more physical attacks, in combat _(I wanna see those Scythe-appendages at it's most furious)._ Michael Doughtry and the team for "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" _REALLY_ did their best to maintain and expand the Majesty of Mothra, in not just visuals, but sound design, abilities given to the Queen, and elegant theme, all contrasting with the rest of her Titan-Kin, seemingly being *the **_only_** examplar of prosperous peace* among the titans (with exceptional King-Status beasts such as Kong and Godzilla). I l o v e mothra's deseign in dis movie! Definetly not as accurate to actual moths but it more acurate with wing proportions. But, I do wish we had better scenes with her. We had a "omg so B E U T I F U L" scene but no clear picrures of her. I do love her doe!
