yea if you look at the building it says Seoul Square, which for those that dont know is the capital of S. Korea.
I first found out about this song when Kim Heechul(Super Junior) and Jay(TRAX) did a cover for it and I have loved it ever since. It's just a really FUN song. I can't help but smile everytime I hear it. lol

IT's not the dancer who make the movements of the LEDs =)

I don't think, that they were really tracking the movement of the dancer. I think, the video for the led screen was produced before that event. And the dancer and guitar player moved the same way. When the singer is carried of the stage at the end his legs are close together. On the screen the legs are spread. But it an amazing video. A lot respect to the technician who installed that huge leg wall.
