Dave, thank you. These videos are incredibly helpful and have raised my programming game significantly just from watching a handful of these video series. Very admirable that you not only sell the finished product, but you also post these videos showing coaches how to construct these resources for themselves. Keep up the great work.

      Hey Sam,
thank you so much for taking the time to check out the videos. I hope that I am helping coaches create things that are useful to them. Just trying to grow this channel any help you can give sharing would be appreciated

Is there a way to print all the athletes of at once? (instead of cycling through each athlete) Would be a great help for larger teams.

Great content and very easy to follow. The only issue I’m having is that I can’t seem to get the score figures above the dates in the Trend section which then leads to not showing an increase or decrease in the % box. I have my Sparkline graph. Any suggestions please

Hi, first of all, thanks for this great series! I’ve had an issue with the trend line section, I keep having an error, google sheets tells me the index function can take only 3 arguments, and this is more. Just wondering if you had any solutions? Thank you ☺️

This dashboard is amazing. Thank you for sharing this info. I have one issue though, when I made the sparkline trend lines, the line is opposite of the percent change. For example, if the percent change for bench press is positive, the trend line goes down. But if the percent change is negative, the trend line goes up. Any suggestions to fix this?

These videos were extremely helpful, thank you for posting them. As I add to my roster can you tell me how I would be able to make some athletes inactive so that I am only able to view athletes on the current roster?

    • @DSMStrength

some sort of selection box that gives them this value, then just in your filter formulas filter out their data based on whether or not they are active / in active

Do you know how maybe we could extract images during those dates marked on the kpi trend report? if maybe we wanted to upload a body comp pic to the data tab every test they completed

    • @DSMStrength

You would just have to manually enter the picture and do a vlookup same way we did for the athlete headshot

@@DSMStrength I actually ended up using the one we used for our results in the score cell, this way it pulls my images from that specific start date and then i added another one for the end date.
it ended up being sthg like this (i put my athlete name in b2)
      =SI.ERROR(FILTER(INDICE(DATA,,COINCIDIR("Foto 2",Cabezales,)), INDICE(DATA,,COINCIDIR("Nombre del atleta",Cabezales,))=$B$2, INDICE(DATA,,COINCIDIR("fecha",Cabezales,))=G22), "No hay prueba")

    • @DSMStrength

manipulate the data first by multiplying by -1 or taking the inverse, then create sparkline on inversed data.
of you could do the calculation in the formula you use to pull your data with

Hey! First of all - DSMStrength - you rock!!! This one is a HUUUUGE masterpiece :)
Back to the question asked. After many failed attempts to implement this for my coaches, because of this issue, I finally figured it out. And then - I was like - "So, that simple?!" :D
Will reference formulas used in this video.
      Key formula is in the cell "I21" --- if(vlookup(F21, 'Test Set Up'!A:B, 2, false) = TRUE, -1, 1) ---
      Then I inserted it in sparkline formula like this --- =iferror(if(vlookup(F21, 'Test Set Up'!A:B, 2, false) = TRUE, sparkline(filter(index(Data * -1,, match(F21, headers,)) etc.
So - for value if true (for if statement) - comes all that long sparkline formula but for first index you multiply DATA by -1.
Then for value if false (for if statement) - copy/paste all that long sparkline formula as it was originally. Mine looks like this:
      =iferror(if(vlookup(G21, 'Test Set Up'!A:B, 2, false) = TRUE, sparkline(filter(index(Data * -1,, match(G21, Headers,)),
      index(Data,, match("Athlete", Headers,)) = $C$3,
      index(Data,, match("Date", Headers,)) >=H22,
      index(Data,,match("Date", Headers,)) =H22,
      index(Data,match("Data", Headers,))
