How genuine and enthusiastic you are about tools shows. I love that you have fairly strong opinions about certain style tools. Keep doing your thing 🤟🏼
Fantastic video. I watched it twice this morning while i cooked and ate breakfast. More or less starting my tool collection over and going back to basics with the plan to buy higher quality "practical" tools. Thanks again 👍
@@realworldtoolreviews Since finding your channel ive bought the 10" Hercules, the Bosch drill & impact set, and started a new collection of hand tools. I think the best tool i bought is coming in the mail... a zip-up hooded Camber chill buster sweatshirt.
Wanted to come back to this video give credit to you. I got one of these roughly 4-5 months ago and I absolutely love mine. Fits perfectly in my low profile toolbox in my truck, and carries most of the main hand tools I need. I have it absolutely slammed and don’t have a ripped seam anywhere.
Wicked man, you have a real honest approach. Knipex plier wrench 180mm & 250mm compliment UK electrical work mainly with glanding SWA and accessing bushes, just in case my UK homebrews are responsible for making them seem like an all rounder. I also have 8" Bahco adjustable and Swivel head ratchet wrenches set for other purposes. My hand tools alone are in the thousands, but some of my favourites are the cheap practical stuff. Even my bags and task lights aren't top end. It's about what works for you and means not having to worry about them getting nicked, lost or broken. The only shout out I'd make for you is, see if you can get Wiha Electricians Hammer on a deal or used, I know German gear is pricey in the US. You might like acetate handles for screwdrivers but on a hammer it's best to have some shock absorption. It's lightweight and gets in tight spots and the end cap is handy when tapping soft materials that the steel head would damage.
I like my 10” Hercules tote. I got it cause I wanted a smaller tool kit that couldn’t get too heavy. The limited size and weight is nice if you gotta haul your stuff a few floors.
I started out with the little Hyper Tough tool bag from Walmart. It only cost me $22. I outgrew it within about 6 months, but I i kept carrying it. I had it about a year, before i discovered that i could carry my tools on my back. I was looking and looking, and i saw a Veto at one of the HVAC supply stores, but i wanted you try a backpack out before i made a real investment. So, i bought a Kobalt backpack from Lowe's, and it has been a real lifesaver. However, I'm learning that no matter how much i want to have all my tools with me everywhere i go, it's impractical. So, i have gone and gotten me a Chevy pickup truck with a lift gate on it, but i need to find a toolbox to go on the back. Nobody told me that working in the trades would result in tool storage issues. Capacity and security seen to be the two main problems. That and not forgetting your tools when you finish a job.
While they are bulkier, I prefert the T-handle hex keys. I like the ones with the ball on the long end and the short end is straight. I keep 5 of them in my bag because they are used often while the rest go on two large janitor keyrings and stay in the truck.
Can’t believe you ditched the Knipex pliers wrench first off, they’re my favs. I have them in 125mm, 180mm and a 300mm. I have Bahco adjustable spanner’s and the Knipex have retired them. Still, whatever works for you.
I gotta agree about the pliers wrench. They seem like they’d be amazing. But they are not worth the price. I prefer channellock 415s for smooth jaw and they’re 1/4 or the price
It’s not as heavy as you would think. I don’t pick it up that much though. It’s mostly a setup that I can see everything in my truck and I can grab what I need from it. I have individual pouches for most things. I have some videos about them. Thanks for watching!
😂 yea I’m sorry about that. The first several videos I made were in portrait mode and I hate it too. I figured it out a few videos later. Check out some of the other videos if you want to give me another chance lol
I know 😩 I figured that out a few videos later. I hate that I did that tool bag tour in portrait because I was happy with the video. I’ll have to do another one some day with the phone turned the right way. Thanks for watching!
I have a couple Veto bags that are great, but for my every day main bag, this Hercules works the best for me. I like an open tool bag with room to throw stuff in the center. Veto just doesn’t make one like that to my knowledge. As soon as they do, I’ll definitely consider it. Thanks for watching!

Didn't see a tape measure or teflon and elect tape. Good post. Tks. I'm a 80 yr old DI Y that works a lot with seniors. Have a good week.😁

You gotta start making some DIY vids. See how you put all these tools to use. Keep the tool reviews coming buddy. Thank you!
Yea some day I will. I just hate filming while I’m trying to get something done. It’s super frustrating for me lol. Thanks bud!
I don’t know if he is going to be able to do that with all those new unused tools…😁

The t handle ones are nice. I would like some snap on ones some day.
Good stuff man. Good selection
Thanks bud!
I love my adjustable wrench over knipex pliers wrench. They have their place in mechanical rooms not in apartments.
I agree! Thanks for watching 👍
I keep one adjustable and one 10” pliers wrench, works perfect for what I do.
Master of none right lol and like the video tour of the bag
Thanks! Definitely master of none, but I’ll figure it out 😂

That's set up like my weekend warrior/side hustle bag. That thing has to weigh 75 lbs. Nice set up though. You're definitely prepared for bear

"It's not a screwdriver, it's more like a weapon." LOL! Where are your safety glasses?
😂 my safety glasses exist. They are in the center console of my truck. I must admit I do not remember they are there very often.
Great video, greetings. I am electrician of Argentina! 👍🇦🇷☇
That’s awesome. Thanks for watching!
tool reviews really need amazon links.
Gotta have a multimeter!
Oh I agree for sure! I just don’t keep one in that kit, but I definitely have a few different meters in the truck at all times.
Nice setup 👌
I appreciate it. Thanks for watching!
Youre missing a 6-1 painter's tool. Dude trust me youll use the hell out of it way more than ya think
28mins of Vertical Video Syndrome...Sorry Sir...Had to click off...Couldn't watch it

Stop filming in portrait, use landscape.

Just buy a Veto

@@realworldtoolreviews OT-XL. You might not like it or even really own any but they definitely make them.
Dumped my veto mct for this bag, I like to see my tools and has more room.
