  • As dumb as this may sound, I've never filmed recycling collection in my own neighborhood. I've filmed trash a few times, but mostly I've gone to other parts of town to film. Well, after being at this for over five years, I finally give you recycling collection from the 5th by Northwest area. They use rear loaders on any and every route that involves alleys, for yard waste and recycling, even if not all the stops are in alleys. And as you can see here, almost all of the 64 gallon containers in said alleys are dumped by hand. Amazing, isn't it? I'd like to give a big shout out to these guys for doing this all day, five days a week, every week and thanks for being so cool about me filming. That's all I have to say. Enjoy this almost 21 minutes of awesomeness. It's been a long time coming.

The RL's they use for recycle in Cincinnati are one man but the driver still dumps all the 64's by hand. It's crazy that these guys are able to do so many within such a small space. Great video! Hope to see more Rumpke from you.

Awesome video!! I really like their Mack RLs, they look neat with the tag too. These guys sure are some of the hardest working helpers I’ve seen, it’s amazing how they can do a route this dense almost all by hand. Great catch dude, i really enjoyed it!
