I don't think so you can. I haven't really returned anything from the website I wouldn't know the process. But it will be way too complicated I can say that because it is international delivery so that's always hard to tell the refund and return process
Ya u can, ur parcel will be returned to international post office,and then shipped back to origin.then they will deduct the shipping cost and return shipping from your order value and refund the remaining balance. N on top of that,u may still have to pay handling fee to the customs.

Girllll custom charges on makeup/skincare is HIGH. You have to pay almost 50% of the total amount in India for customs as if makeup and skincare isn't expensive to begin with. It's so frustrating 😭😭

Yeah the OTP doesn't come in international purchases. I didn't recieve any otp as well. The amount was directly deducted.

The sephoranow don't have such sales. Really don't know why. You can order from the sites directly but that would include high shipping and also customs so the price will be the same at last

Technically no. But sometimes our Indian Govt do charge so I don't know a 100% but as many times as I have ordered I never had to pay customs under Rs 2000

You have to pay customs when you order for more thn Rs 2000 but sometimes customs are charged below 2k too. So just keep an extra amount for custom always

Girllll custom charges on makeup/skincare is HIGH. You have to pay almost 50% of the total amount in India for customs as if makeup and skincare isn't expensive to begin with. It's so frustrating 😭😭
