Is personal pay is included in gratuity caln ya SIRF salary +DA hi consider Karna ha ?
Or contract terms check Karna hogaa ?? Plz clarify kidr bhi kuch nhii likha issue ke bareme personal pay ko lenge ki nhii .....

Sir....I have one doubt,,,,,for example Gross 22000/- employee attendance 25 days present then payable gross example 18000/- then shall we deduct esi for this month ....if 31 days present in Jan 2021 here gross payable 22000/- so no need to deduct esi...clarify esi deduction gross r payable gross...sometime employee total present esi not eligible... sometime employee total not present esi get eligible....if it happeneds such like that employee not get all esi facilities , please clear my doubt
Same query. As per my knowledge esi is applicable on Gross in salary structure not on payable gross. Same doubt. Plz clarify.
