Humm not sure its fully dried yet, id wait another 10 years... jokes aside i have wood thats been in a carpentry workshop (indoors) for more than 50 years (salvaged them when my grandma moved) and i'm slowly finding uses for them
I love the figure on that board! I've got some fun pieces I've cut on the mill of cottonwood with some crazy "quilting" that reminds me of that! Looks good man!
I just started woodworking. I had a eastern red cedar tree break off in a storm a few years back. I finally started cutting it and shaping it. I have the same power tools and always wondered what was the best way to use a router!!! Seeing this video gave me inspiration. You can tell you are very skilled because it’s not as easy as it looks at all !!
I love the grain in black walnut I like making bowls out of it I live on the edge of the forest and we own plenty of wood land so I am always looking for black walnut burls they are beautiful to work with
Could you do a purple dragon heart wood, or maybe just make an accent with the purple wood. I once made a stool with honey oak, dark walnut and the purple wood, its really pretty ❤
That's beautiful! I'm so glad that you can sell these for $300. For me, as a maker, I'd love to put that money into woodworking tools & a beautiful piece of wood, to try making my own. Thanks for the awesome inspiration. 😊
Nothing says you have to wait until your perfect before you start working on some simple projects, so my advice is to watch some videos and decide what you're wanting to do as your side hustle and then watch some that tells you the things that they might have wished they had done differently and then give it a shot!!! Best of luck to you ❤❤❤❤
You do all know as thin as the necks are where the handle goes into the boards this guy makes are basically all going to snap if actually used. His prices are absolutely crazy for the quality of work he does.
Just don’t leave your wood in the sun or a hot vehicle for long as they’ll warp. I know this from this from craft shows. We had to scrap a board bc the sun warped it in our booth
Worth is subjective, so I’m not discrediting the hard labor put into this or anyone’s willingness to buy, but I could never see myself spending $300 on a piece of wood.
Beautifully done, although, why did you cut the hole with a router? Could have just done that with a jigsaw too I would say. Just interested to know that’s all

I LOVE your videos. Some of these grains are absolutely mind blowing 🤯
Dear God you are truly awesome artist I could never afford your work but go man go
Awesome! What sanding drum are you using?
Use a router round. The edges and then sand will go alot quicker
I love that black walnut
OMG that is insane. Amazing, absolutely amazing.
Excellent !!
Wow!! 😍 somehow you managed to make a handle even more beautiful than the wood!
Gorgeous
What else could I think but a piece of art right there! 🎉

Wow! Love the handle

Beautiful! Exquisite!
GORGEOUS!
The all natural look and no epoxy is the best look in my opinion
Beautiful. It's apparent you spend a lot of time on it!!💕👏👍💯
I'd love to have that board!!!
As an 18 year old carpentry apprentice, I can’t wait till I’m good enough to have a woodworking side hustle!
You'll give up and change to something else in next 5 years betterdo it fast 😂

Beautiful! What kind of router bit did you use to cut the center of the handle? You make it look so easy!
Freud top bearing flush cut bit, looks like 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" in a plunge router base.
What kind of finish are you using?
That looks Sharp.
VERY, VERY Spectacular !
Totally Awesome 👍🏼👍🏼
So that is why I own a Bandfile Belt Sander, and a spindle sander. Because doing handles without just triples the work!

What kind of finish do you use to get that amazing shine?
Why does this look like an alien to me? Lol
The handle can just snap right off you chose a bad spot with the grain
it looks very nice, what kind of oil did you use for finishing?
wow beautiful
太棒了
I love your work! When you first started out where did you find your wood?
I have a couple local saw mills within 30 minutes from where I live. Just google “hardwood stores” or “sawmill” in your city name
Sauron's eye, from globe to board
Absolutely great job, respekt
Where the hell are you getting a slab like that for only 40 dollars
Love it that pops like wow . What are you using to treat it and shine?

Wow. so beautiful
Love wood, love work.
She’s a beaut !
Beautiful 😍
As an industrial painter I can agree that the devils in the details. Prep work is what takes longest. The paint part is easy
