I did it today!! And turned out delicious. My husband loved it. The only problem was that at the beginning. Instead of caramel the sugar become like sand and hard. I added few spoons of water and problem solved. I didn't put cinammon and still was delicious. Thank you!! I will definetly do it again

Home Cooking Adventure Hello! It was WONDERFUL! We ate it with some vanilla ice cream. Unfortunately I am very bad at making caramel so I just put some sugar in my mold added the apples on top of it and put it in the oven for 20 minutes before adding the rest of the preparation. It was wonderful, the sugar turned to be an exellent sirop! Anyway, thanks for your recipe! Wonderful! :)
