for the first time you jailbreak in 11.00, you will use usb to inject the goldhen into the ps4. then you will not use it again in the second attempt.
Why does Goldhen uninstall after İ restart my ps4?
the jailbreak is not permanent, that is why you must enable goldhen very time you turn on console, but you can enable rest mode, try rest mode and see if you helps.
