Sometimes it's better to stop at the right moment. Umbrail will be there and open even 2024, as well as the Stelvio. It sure felt good to stay at the beautiful Silvaplana lake - well done! Again: I love the way you describe the passes, the routes, your feelings - even when you don't say anything at all. But your drone shots and your footage tell everything. It's a pleasure to view these episodes, one by one. Thanks for your great work - give me a shoutout if you don't mind when you're near the Umbrail / Stelvio. Onovertroffen hoe je dat doet Leonoor. Ik ben 3 weken terug over de Fluelapas gereden met mijn Guzzi en toen lag er meters sneeuw. Nog een geluk dat ie open was, omdat de Furka- en de Nufenenpas gesloten waren. Moest dus omrijden via Italie. En wat de Stelvio betreft; ik heb precies dezelfde afweging gemaakt na 4 weken solo in de Alpen gereden te hebben. Ik hoop nog veel te zien van je want het is prachtig wat je laat zien.

Wat een hele mooie serie weer, ik snap best goed dat je het vervelend vind om Zwitserland te verlaten wat een prachtige omgeving zeg😍🥰. En snap ook dat je de Stelviopas overslaat, ben er zelf een paar jaar geleden geweest en vond het niet zo bijzonder, heb toen onder weg mooiere bergpassen gezien en gereden. Bedankt voor je prachtige serie, en wat heb je het heel mooi verfilmd en een mooi verslag van gemaakt, ik kijk met plezier naar de series, ook je vorige. Met 2 aflevering heb je me stil gekregen💖 en dat ben ik niet snel!!! Lastig om de goeie woorden te vinden!!!!
Enorm bedankt voor de mooie woorden, het is altijd lastig om weg te gaan, maar in dit geval was ik al een ruime zeven weken onderweg en was dit dan het “eind” van de trip van wat ik vast zou leggen. Dus dat komt altijd ff binnen. Stelvio is idd niet de mooiste, maar je gaat hem wel terugzien in de volgende serie!

meh, I had cars cutting my priorities in a round about, on a yellow bike with my turn signal on and a green jacket and them saying "i did not see you" afterwards. bright colors are overrated and won't prevent half asleep drivers to shoot you.

It's been 15 years I kept saying "one day I'll visit the Graubunden on a motorbike", and in 10 days is the start of that trip. I ❤ your channel… Can I ask, you do not seem to use filters on your helmet camera to achieve motion blur. Many bloggers and film makers swear by motion blur for cinematic footage… I just wondered what settings you use ?. I personally think your footage looks great.
Since 2001 we are spending holidays on our bikes in Europe, but for some reason we never stayed long in Switzerland (I think we've spent just one night in 2014). Looking at your video's we definitively have to go there next season! Question is where to stay, because it is all so beautifull! If you could go to just one area, where would you go? and would you recommend us to go in May/ June or in September?
I’m doing the same trip in September. Question for people that have done similar rides. Bike security… is it a problem? Can you leave the bikes out on the streets in front of hotels without a worry?

meh, I had cars cutting my priorities in a round about, on a yellow bike with my turn signal on and a green jacket and them saying "i did not see you" afterwards.
bright colors are overrated and won't prevent half asleep drivers to shoot you.

@@LNRmoto Thanks to you, I am currently planning a 1 week trip through the western region of the country, and that exact spot is on my map.
It's been 15 years I kept saying "one day I'll visit the Graubunden on a motorbike", and in 10 days is the start of that trip.
Thanks for showing us some amazing spots and to give me just the bit of motivation I needed to get started.

I ❤ your channel… Can I ask, you do not seem to use filters on your helmet camera to achieve motion blur. Many bloggers and film makers swear by motion blur for cinematic footage… I just wondered what settings you use ?. I personally think your footage looks great.
Since 2001 we are spending holidays on our bikes in Europe, but for some reason we never stayed long in Switzerland (I think we've spent just one night in 2014).
Looking at your video's we definitively have to go there next season!

I’m doing the same trip in September. Question for people that have done similar rides. Bike security… is it a problem? Can you leave the bikes out on the streets in front of hotels without a worry?
