People, if you are not seeing any 'transfer' option in the hall of fame at level 1, select the 'clear cache' option in the Tarkov launcher settings and it will likely solve that issue. You're welcome!
@onepeg I have a couple of low levels dogtag in the Hall that are working, they dont have to be found in raid, but you must be the person that is listed as the killer on the tag otherwise they are useless. I have tested dogtags from level 29 to 7 and they all worked, as long as it was opposite faction and me the killer.

I have level 2 Hall of Fame and I am not sure if it is because it is level 2 or not but the dog tag level can be level 1, it is the fact it has to be someone YOU kill it cant be a kill from you as a scav or from any other player
I upgraded from level 1 to level 2 and it replaced my physical skills boost with a combat skills boost! I thought when I upgrade it would give me a bonus to BOTH physical and combat... instead it replaced physical with combat. The description wasn't clear imo. Who would even want this? I can't downgrade now...
Currently with +7% with a couple level 50's, that's a good chunk of extra physical xp for doing literally nothing, that plus the gym, that's a good amount of free xp every day

Noticed somthing, what if its a % based off of the level gap between you and the person you killed? You said you were not getting any gains anything under level 24 which is a odd number to just randomly start at, and you are also level 23.
24 seems like a weird number. Do you think it has to do with the fact that you're level 23? Maybe you only get a bonus for dog tags leveled higher than yourself?

Cool video. I got hall of fame lvl 3 but it bugged and gives me error 228 anytime i interract with items in it and its holding hostage some of my kappa items. P.S because of this nobody ( even me ) can spectate my profile, since i had some of my items displayed ( idk how that bugs dont ask me )
I put 6 dogtags killed by me i get 0.3%, i put random dogtags i found without me being the killer i got as high as 1,26%, i changed them inbetween i also got 0%, shit makes no sense.
Still waiting on replay system 😅 this wipe has been very fun only had about 3 or 4 times Ive been 99% sure that I got cheated on out of 60 or so raids but that being said we are still early wipe. I will on principal not be playing next wipe if there is still no replay system
@@gamingnurse5.56 Nikita already said that no kind of Killcam will come to main tarkov. The thing with the killcam after the raid is just something people asked for as an alternative, but realistically that's completely nonsense as BSG would need to store the video till the raid ends resulting in the need for additional storage space. We have much bigger developers like Riot Games that struggle to implement a replay into Valorant out there. Riot publically stated on reddit that the additional storage needed + the implementation of such an system is a lot of work. It's something else to make a Killcam work, that's easy. But replaying this after the match is just a lot more difficult.
Its useless, very low % bonus, by the time the wipe ends you might have a decent bonus from dogtags, personaly i have it on lvl 3 filled with lvl 30+ and its cringe for the amount of money you had to spend to build it, the game is missing some RPG factor where you could for example for every 1 pmc level, you get 3 skill points and you can decide into which skill you want to spend them.
it's additional storage, too. Don't forget the large shelves will hold lions, etc. which adds up to a lot of space if you're hoarding treasure items for later quests for ragman etc.
@@Mamox45 no I’ve enjoyed the game. I’ve been playing since the wipe right after the alpha, my point is that not a single quest has changed. There is nothing new. Changing movement and inertia every 5 wipes isn’t updating the game. BSG has to stop being lazy and release the game in its finished state. Until then I’m not gonna dedicate more hour to max my pmc in a game that wipes for movement and maps.

Especially when you pay EOD money years ago for the exact same game to get not only bad with every wipe but to add a weapon or two. That’s terrible and not credible, there is a reason they don’t wanna release the full game because then they are held accountable.
They've added 4 new starter quests and there has been at least 50+ new quests then 2-3 years ago, yes maybe the path is generally the same but I don't really agree with what you're saying, there's a lot more quests now.@@cherndon77

Update: after further testing, any level dog tag will have an effect, but you must be listed as the killer on the tag!
Your Scav as killer on the tag will also work.
I retested this and you are correct, but it does still have to be the opposite faction thanks @@Jennacide. @onepeg
what about the rare items, i have put several differnet big and small trophies and none of them gives a boost found in raid or no

basicly it sums up all dogtag levels and divides by 10 rounding up from .5 and multiplies by 0.102% boost.

The Hall of Fame is single-handedly the reason I chose BEAR again this wipe. I knew it would be significantly easier to get the dogtags.
I'm still pretty far away from unlocking the hall of fame, though 😂

Maybe the dog tags need to be above your PMC level, you are lvl 23 and only lvl 24+ dogtags are working for you.

Nope, any PMC you killed counts, i have a LVL 1 dogtag from a bear i killed and it gives me .1%, but a lvl 29 gives me .3%, really weird progression

For me (USEC) it works with a LVL 22 BEAR (NOT found in raid).

they release infographic stats every wipe and it's universally been around 65/35 USEC/BEAR
