Twist outs are my favorite! If you are multi textured, and you have learned to blend them into 1 and consistently, you know you’re a master of your hair! Well done crys
I’ve been natural for 7 years but never tried to understand my hair until 3 months ago. I am low porosity, type 4, and my hair has been a drought for YEARS. I can VOUCHE for this product, it’s my number 1 moisturizer( kinky tresses hair milk)
Omg!!! Thank you SO MUCH for doing this video!!! It help me out so much!!! From putting a bag on my head with the leave in in the shower, to getting my juicy twists. My curl pattern was poppin after I took that bag off. I almost didn't want to twist it 😀.
YOU ARE SOOOOO LEGIT!!! You have unlocked the beauty to my hair, cannot thank you enough! I share you videos when ppl ask how did I get my hair that way. Blessings to you, I’m your #1 fan ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
You have some great tips. I've recently changed how I take care of my hair and how I put in my twists. I took down some four day twists today, just so happening to be utilizing some of the tips you said, and got one of the best twist outs of my life. Proper methods truly do work.
I am so glad that Jah blessed me with your channel! I’ve been natural for almost 10 years and I love it, but I’m a bit challenged when it comes to styling my thick 4b hair, so I tend to only rock my fro’. But this video blessed me something serious and I can’t wait to perfect my twists. Thank you Queen Sistah, you have a forever fan!
I'm learning girl! I had locs for almost 20 years. So I'm learning how to do twist outs, wash n gos etc. I'm learning it all! Your videos are very helpful. Thank you!
Yes, do a video on doing the techniques wrong so we both know how it looks and to motivate us doing the techniques correctly!! And being patient for our bomb twist outs 💗💗
That’s what I was not doing, getting my roots. However, I’ve been following your steps and I do see a difference in my hair. But my hair still still need work.
1. Yes I would love to see a “what not to do” video. 2. How long does it take for your hair to dry? Do you let it air dry or do you use a dryer? Because I’ll finish twisting my hair at midnight, and it won’t be dry until at least 4pm.
You have BOMB twist outs! I would like to see you with a model and you demonstrate some of your techniques on their hair. I think we can get a better idea on the correct ways to a bomb twist out. Thanks for another great video Sis! 😍
Can I just tell you that I love, love, love your tutorials. You explain stuff so well. Do you have a video explaining what each product category does? Like what is a styler, what is cream, how butter and creams differ, etc. Please consider it.
Please do a "what NOT to do" video! Enjoyed watching your video! Another lady who has natural hair referred me to you and I am so pleased that she did! Now I need to know from where you got your hair brush! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much, I don't like doing my hair, it's gray and thick, so the two hand twist will work for me, but I can't see the products real good, I want to get all of them, what do you wrap your hair with at night, this style will be my every day style. Please help me
Just wanting to make sure...it's best to do this on a washed wet head and leave them up for 1 day or 2? I've seen several different videos. My daughter's are natural and entering teenage so no more ponytails. I need all the help
Let see if I have this straight: after rising out the deep conditioner, you then put in your leave-in conditioner then put on a plastic cap on soaking wet hair. then you twist. *You don't towel dry your hair at any point in this process?*
She has a twist out series she put out back in the day if you're new to her channel. This was a great update to the series though... Thank you CC for another poppin video
I was wondering why I wasn't seeing your videos I didn't have notifications on all .. done and done 👍 I love your videos your instructions are true to it's words I always do what you say and I always satisfied
Good morning! Im new! Did you say gou use the kinky tresses milk as the leave in?? I struggle so badly with my twist outs. I habe very long & thick hair so Im definitely going to try this!!!!!
Please disregard my question on how you dry your hair. I see that you air dry it. Is the hair butter good for low porosity hair or would it be too heavy?
You definitely has perfected the twist technique. Absolutely Beautiful. By the way your video also enjoyable to watch as well because of your amazing humor!😁
I ❤️❤️❤️ your videos I’ve learned so much more from you💯 Even though we don’t have the same hair texture, length or porosity your tips and tricks definitely works for me Thank you so much for sharing
I totally agree, it was very frustrating being a new natural not understanding why my hair didn't look like the ppl. I saw on RUclips. Because of your twist out tutorials I can finally say I know what I'm doing and you can't tell nothing! Thanks Crys!!!
So my hair isn’t even due to shaping and high cut fade. How would I go about doing a twist out for short hair let’s say down to the bridge of the nose or would I have to stay doing a wash n go until I have more length?
I still deal with frizz with my twists. I think I need to get products that aren’t water based. I use a spray leave in conditioner daily (Creme of Nature) and it may be water based which is causing my frizziness. I would like to try the mango 🥭 butter in my hair to see if my twists will be as moisturized as yours. I’m going to try JBCO instead of the grapeseed oil or maybe some Avocado oil.
yes, you want to style your hair using water based products. however, you do not want to spray a water based product on your hair once its dry. that WILL cause frizz 100%
This has me wanting to do twists again lol. I think I’m gonna give it another go now that I have this refresher. Twists have not been it for me lately 😭😭
or should i use leave in, mousse, butter, then somethig like blue magic...? if you have the time to respond, what do you think Kris! my hair loves moisture and tends to get dry. also YES a mistakes video would be fun to watch!! like half ya head where the ends aint poppin and the style aint rockin and where puffy roots PROVE not to be cute
I can recommend the LCO method. I cant really say much more because I dont know your hair, you know? For max moisture, use a highly moisturizing cream and seal with oil
You should try Shea Moistures Red Palm Oil & Cocoa Butter Leave in or Rinse Out Conditioner (you can do either one but I use it as a leave in only) it has AMAZING slip ! for reference I’m 4a/4b
@@michellement2158 ahhhh yeah my hair it’s super kinky and coarse, so heavier products work best for me , but the oil & leave-in is DEF worth trying!! thanks for the response!!!
@@joshuapeacock17 no problem. Btw, that’s the whole name of the Leave In Conditioner by Shea Moisture. It’s made with Palm Oil in it. I honestly don’t know any other conditioner they have with that amount of slip. I like men with hair. I think what makes it more sexy is when you still have the shape up and shave the sides or like keep it faded a little. Man buns are cute as well. In my opinion 😌
I have tried twist out so many times, they never work. Im convinced it due to the fact that my hair is medium to high density and my strands are medium thickness. No matter how small the twist, they are always chunky....when I take them out they are a frizzy, undefined chuck of nothingness...Lol. Braid outs are a no to because it just all gets tangled because I'm mostly 4a (also 4b), and the curls stick to each other. Sigh! Thank goodness I like wearing her in a shrunken afro.
