Big Bow - 14in X 7in
Smaller Bow - 11in X7in
Center of Bow - 2.5in X3in

The easiest headband ever! I love it! Thank you so very much for uploading!
This was probably the most easiest way I’ve seen !
Like excuse my language but you just made this shit soooo easy!!! I'm flabbergasted like.. where was this video the many times I needed it
THANK YOU, forever subscribed.
Deonsha Bonds lol the struggle is real! My first attempt was not as pretty but this one was super easy! Thanks 😘💕
Deonsha Bonds girllll facts im hype at dinner right now
So happy this was the first video I watched on making headbands, you rocked it! Expecting a little girl in 2 months, cant wait to make her a bunch of bows!
Sarah Purnell congratulations that’s so exciting! Glad this helped! They’re super easy once you get the hang of it :)
Very simple and helpful, thankyou
Perfect! Exactly the tutorial I was looking for thank you!
Thank you so much for posting this ! I was spending way too much money for bows for my girls.
Kris Raz don’t we all!
You’re telling me I have been spending 10 plus dollars on my daughters hair bands???? When I just can make my own?????? Wow THANK U!!
Just started ordering bows like this for my 7 month old. After getting them in the mail I realized I was paying for something I could easily make myself. So here I am on RUclips looking up how do make my own!
Y’all should check out littleroos.com it’s not bad at all they have beautiful bows but true it’s probably better to make our own not hard to make ❤️
They are also pretty cheap on aliexpress
This video is amazing! You do make it seem so easy! I’m about to have a baby girl and I wanted to make all her hair bows. Thank you so much this will really help!💗💗
Vanessa Ramirez you’re welcome! And trust me my craft skills are pathetically minimal you can do it! Little girl bows are so fun to make!
Another super easy alternative is these headbands www.etsy.com/listing/268154260/nylon-headbands-wholesale-wholesalewww.etsy.com/listing/268154260/nylon-headbands-wholesale-wholesale
Just cut some felt material (1/2-1in square/circle) and glue the headband and than a flower/bow to it. These are my favorite though because they don’t leave an indent and grow with your baby.
Wow! Amazing!! You have just saved us ALOT of money lol. Thank you ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️💕💕💕
DatChickRay00 Zuaz haha you’re welcome :)
Omg so easy. Thanks ..now I have to find someone with a baby girl to make some lol
Thank you for the tutorial. It seems so easy!!
jazzyallday it really is!
3:45 cutest thing i ever saw!!
Wow great job!!!
Thank you so much for sharing with us ❤️
This is amazing.. Could u tl me on what age this size will fit??
I keep getting the question on what material was used...I share it on 0:28 of the video...it’s a nylon/spandex mix. Just needs to have some stretch. I’ve also used jersey fabric for headbands.
Thank you
That's where I'm headed today😊
Omg thank you so so so so much I’m about to make so many of these tbh lol I’m so excited 😍❤️
Sandra Herrer yay! They can be thrown together so fast once you get the hang of it 🙌🏻 super adorable on you’ll love them 😍
great tutorial, thank you, looks easy enough :)
Susan Schroeder it’s super easy! If I can do it anyone can 😜
As far as measurements everything is listed in the description box. Sorry I haven’t been able to respond to everyone!
Omg I just ordered some bows for my daughter yesterday 😭 why didn’t I found this either! Looks so easy:) thank you so just h
NamelessCancer of course 💕I still buy plenty 🙈
Cute
Would this be the same measurement for newborns to 3 months
New here! How cute! I just adore that and love the color... now I just need a girl lol
WalkerTales welcome :) or friends with girls ;) they’re fun to make!
wooww this tutorial is great and very crean Word thank for sharing
monica garcia thank you! Hope you have fun making one :)
Love this!!
Is there a change in the 15.5 inch measurement for a younger infant?
Beautiful.. Now I'm about to start making my own
Omg thank you so much! Im so excited to try it! ❤
Jenny Romero did you make any?
Oh wow that is actually quite simple but very beautiful !! Thanks for sharing this ! I am a new subbie 😊
Just So Shy it really is, I was surprised! Just sometimes a hit and a miss finding the right fabric color :) welcome 👋🏻
Great video you make it look so easy. I’m new to making headbands for my LO. I normally do 14 long & 4 wide for her. What size BOW do you recommend doing for this specific length? I as well don’t like huge bows just like you mentioned. THANKS in advance 😁😁
Jessica Catolico I don’t have a lot of experience 🙈I would just start with what’s listed and adjust a little as needed. That’s what I ended up doing 🤪
This is such a great video
Thank you for that! 💕
And 86 dislikes from mad people that don’t own a sewing machine lol 😂
So cute!!
Would this work the same way if I wanted to put a bow on a nylon band? Just use the two smaller pieces to make a bow? How could I attach it to the nylon band?
Kimberly Allen I haven’t tried with this particular pattern but I have made ones with nylon bands ruclips.net/video/QaR5Z3l8wN4/видео.html
So I have a newborn , 3 weeks old and I love the big bow headbands! What measurements should I use to make the headband part so it fits around her head ? Most beanies doesn’t even fit her head right now lol
Brianna Aldava standard newborn size is 13in so I would start there. You can then shorten if you need to. if you skip to 3:50 I explain how I did it for the bow.
Omg I loved it u make it look so easy im super excited to start making bows for my princess arriving in January... I have two questions 1. For a new born to 3 months old what will be the head size to make head bands. 2. I don't have a sweing machine do u think it will last if I do it manually?
So cute! What a good deal you got for the fabric. Does the bow move around on the headband or does it stay pretty well?
Alyssa Pineda way late for this reply 🤦🏼♀️but it stayed well for me!
Do you know what the dimensions would be to make these for a newborn-6 month old.
What sowing machine do you have ?
Hi I’m currently pregnant and wanted to start making bows like this for my newborn could you give me the measurements on everything for a newborn? I love the big bows.
Priscilla Perez standard newborn size is 13in so I would start there. You can then shorten if you need to. if you skip to 3:50 I explain how I did it for the bow.
Ok thank you! So for the headband 13in by 7in ? Is that correct and then for the bow part I can go off the measurements you already have in your description box?
LOVE IT !
Great work love it 🥰, what kind of fabric is this ?
How many bows can you usually make with a yard of fabric
Love this!! What kind of fabric is it?
Itzel Vazquez anything with some stretch! I show it in the video and mention it in the blog post! Made this one years ago 🤪
How many headbands can you make from a yard of fabric
I love this what sizing would you do for a one year or and a two year old?
Karla Martinez the measurements I have in the description box should work well since my daughter was in between those two ages :)
Omg I love this! Thank you for posting this 👏 New sub here ✅
Stephanie Cowles thanks! They’re super easy! Welcome :)
What material do you use and we’re do you get it
Can you use any type of fabric
No it’s best to use any with some stretch to it.
Guess who’s making there baby her own headbands now 🙋🏽♀️💁🏻♀️
Ale Avila yes 🙌🏻 it’s so much easier than I thought it would be 💕
Do you use a cotton thread with your stretch knit fabrics?
What fabric do you recommend to buy to make these bows ??
Krystine M I mentioned it in the comments but the material is shared at 0:28 and is a nylon/spandex mix it just needs to have some stretch.
What thread are you using
Hi! I love this tutorial and your other one but I had a question. I’m making a newborn hat and my friend wants a big bow like this attached. Any idea what measurements I could use?
Jasmine T thank you! I haven’t ever made one for a newborn 🤷♀️ I liked the 11in x 7in for my daughter so maybe 8in x 6in? It’s super easy to adjust by just sewing a new edge like I showed at the end 3:50
Oh okay. How old is she? This is for a petite 1 year old.
Jasmine T in this video she was 14months and under 20lbs. She was pretty petite as well :)
What about the little centernpiece?
Jasmine T 2.5in x3in is what I did
realy I like it.thanks
Hello!! Is the bow width the same as the headband width? 7" ? Thanks so much!
What type of material is this ?
wow, you are so ingenuity, I think if you know how to do Chinese embroidery, it will more amazing
Please make a turban video!
Çox sağol
Azeri Nurgűl əlbəttə!💕
Jess Marks of Motherhood havea sweet girl baby
Azeri Nurgűl thank you 💕
Thank you so so much. I just open a boutique an Wanna start making bows. You made it look so easy thanks so much. Also what material you recommend for these. Thanks again
How many headbands can you get out of a whole yard when doing this design?
Kayla Scarbro I haven’t made this again since last year. I know with the 0.45yd I had I was able to make her this bow and also a knotted headband for each of us. marksofmotherhood.com/2017/01/04/mommy-and-me-knotted-headbands/
What type of fabric do you use?
What kind of material did u use?
areege alrifai it says in the video 0:28. It’s a nylon/spandex mix
Did you use stretch sewing or regular?
Ashley Diaz I just did regular
Thank you ❤️
Can you tell me the link to the written instructions? I dont see it in the description.
Octavia Cron I don’t know what happened to it I will have to update it! Sorry about that! Hopefully this link works marksofmotherhood.com/2016/11/18/toddler-bow-headband-version-2/
Can you please tell me what’s the name of the fabric you used? Thank you!
Yenni Guido-Soto I mentioned it at 0:30 it’s a gym and dance material that’s a mix of nylon and spandex. Jersey knit fabric would work too just needs to be stretchy.
Thanks a lot ! I will be trying to make one hope it comes out as nice as yours (:
Another headband tutorial ruclips.net/video/QaR5Z3l8wN4/видео.html
What type of stitch did you use ? 😊
What size fabric did you end up using for the bow part?
Just saw the measurements in the description box. 🤦🏻♀️
kellinike no worries! they’re also in the video and this blog post wp.me/p7g17a-qb
Thanks for this video! After stitching the headband part, there is no give or elasticity in the head part due to the stitch. Any suggestions?
Jessica Lyles I’ve never had that happen before...what material did you use?
Can you use heat bond instead of sewing
what tipe of fabrics is?
Yadira Alvarez sorry for the late response in the video and in the link it said jersey so hope you found some!
Do I need machine or can I do it by hand.
Jetem WestMo machine is faster but you can always stitch by hand just takes longer and make sure to double your thread.
What website do you buy your fabrics from ?
Jose Rodriguez I buy mine at Joann Fabric store where they have the discounted scraps or with a coupon.
