Cheers buddy, yea she Out dose me more and more now a days 😅. Yea the lures are working a treat I'm getting a nice few fish on them now. I have a 21cm in the making now.
@@mikeoutdoors22 that 21cm will be a great trolling lure,I am easing off on the very large lures at moment cos I find the smaller lures more effective on the lake.
@@kieran3237 I find on the river the same. I think everyone is using large lures and the pike get used to it and go for smaller pray. Iv often fished in the same spot as lads on the bigger lure and they don't get hit and I'll get one straight away and they can't believe it but it makes sense if they always get hooked on the bigger stuff the change what there after

Haha good stuff, I hate to say it but my kids often outfish me 😂 I must hit you up for some spots on the barrow, went below Leighlinbridge there at the weekend and had 4 takes from pike but no proper hookups. Gonna go for some perch this weekend coming.
Ha cheers buddy, its great to see the kids catching. I fish down that way a good bit, lots of perch around the bridge. I'll probably head that way this evening all going well. You should try up around the milford or clashganny lots of nice perch at the moment.
@@mikeoutdoors22 AHH nice one, had a huge perch follow a Buster Jerk lure just downstream from the bridge, really got my heart pumping but she didn't hit the lure it was probably too big, but even to get a follow on a big jerkbait like that from a perch was a surprise!
