Chef Dylan Manley got a promodel

Chef Dylan Manley in his element: behind the counter serving up hot and tasty bowls and jibbing at Brighton and Woodward. The Wet ski itself has been his pro-model since 2014 but this year he finally got his own topsheet. Go see him at Yoko Ramen in Salt Lake. Everything on the menu is good but I would like to recommend the cuban sandwich as a road less traveled.
