    You explained this plugin so well! Cuz at first, I skipped RIGHT over this plugin it looked like a simple channel strip to me.

      Also the Wes audio products are analog units that are controlled by plugins, you automate changes, save presets, recall session settings of their units by simply having the plugin on the track

    Control hub models the “behavior” of your hardware (or hardware chain), but STL tines to told me (through tech-support emails) that they cannot model the harmonic saturation this way.
    Still an awesome tool, just figured people should be aware of that.

    Different than what I was expecting with the title, but still very useful video. I was thinking that you were going to convert a hardware synth into plugin patches.. Which is one of my favorite features on the new MPC with their auto sampling function; I've taken patches out of hardware and had them multisampled into a plugin that I can use in the MPC (also automated process after putting in parameters, just takes awhile). I haven't done this in the software world yet though

    So I was listening to a lot of tracks that were produced and mixed by mike dean lately. and what I noticed is that his transients are always so crunchy, I wonder if you know how he does it? I reccon he is using a transient shaper but how does he get them so loud without having his peak levels destroying his mixes?

    • @slendidab
      @slendidab 8 месяцев назад

      @@Kürdo_62 i think i figured it out. He is probably using a transient desinger and after that he uses some form of clipping. I read an online blog a while ago where someone pointet out that serban ghenea also does this. he has also the almost exact drum sound as Mike does.
