Meat Loaf Legacy - Dead Ringer Live Concert 1981/82

- Not the most populair tour, but as there is no full concert video of this, I figured why not try to make one as complete as possible. So here is a compilation of 5 different sources, trying to give you a Dead Ringer concert as close as the real thing. With unique live versions of All Revved Up and Read 'm and Weep. All that is missing is Paradise by the Dashboard light (this version has a 2 minute clip from the live performance, as I couldn't find anything more). I tried to match all the different sources in both quality and sound. I also tried to keep true to the original set list but had to rearrange it slightly for continuity reasons. I hope you enjoy it anyway :-).

just so strange (and cool) to see a vocalist like Ted Neeley who can bring the house down with his talents singing back-up for another guy! fun to watch!
That gang of backup singers is TIGHT.
This is the best performance of "Bat" I've seen! I love the Dead Ringer era

Was at his first concert in Edinburgh in 1982 during this tour. To see him in full flow at this time was mesmerising.......
Love this concert! Especially my very Dear Friends on Hammond / Piano George Meyer and Vocalist Pamela Moore ! Such great people ! I have followed their music careers since GM and I were in Junior High School ! Love you both!!

Sadly, I found this only because I digging for ‘anything Meat Loaf’ - because he died. God, I’m so broken up about losing him; and it gets worse with each passing day, dammit! But this is Special and I thank you so much for your work in uploading it for us to enjoy!
Wish meat would release some of his old concerts on dvd ect. Would love to see a full unedited 81/82 show. I know he wasn’t in the best shape esp at the german show but I always loved the rawness of the wembley 82 show. The whole band played with so much passion.

Wow, thanks for this! Wish there was more footage from "Paradise", would have loved to see more of that performance with Pamela. Didn't know Meat was joining in with the tinkling of the ivories that early - not a polite euphemism, I mean the keyboard @ 49:50!
great concert,would love to have to seen all of the paradise though and wondering if steve hunter was there never seen him but was always a great guitar player

Vidéo does not exist. However he préforméd peel out live two or three times early on in the fall of 1981 during the us leg of the dead ringer tour. Jack who runs the channel MLFB and Ad who runs MLConcerts have the only known live recording of peel out where he préforméd in New Jersey in october of 1981

Not for re sale or any other intention than to simply play in car or house for personal use only - No broadcasting etc .
