My money is on the ASD And Fuel pump relays. The contacts in the under hood fuse/Relay block, corrode, and no longer supply the voltage to the relays. You have to 1. Disconnect the Negative battery terminal. 2. Remove the fuse block from the mount. 3, take the bottom cover off, 4. Push every wire into the relay and fuse sockets. Make sure that they are in all the way. If the contacts haven’t corroded too badly, you could just have loose contacts, and by pushing the wires in, you may make them conduct again. Re assemble, and try it out.

I love your pneumatic screwdriver !!!! I put a pump in a few years ago and I must have bought a shitty replacement because it went out today. I have a weekend project now.
Check the asd relay. It feeds the fuel pump relay.

What year is the jeep ? I have the factory yj manual
1988. The previous owner did a 4.0L swap. I have the French BA-10/5 5-SPD... Its as wide as my biceps haha. No wonder it has a such a shit reputation.
