    This is a good explanation of a DHO. I will use your drills on my U12 team.

    at 4:00 it is very possible there will NOT be lateral movement available if they trap the DHO which often happens. That drop dribble will be scooped up for a layup against you over and over again.
    Best to instead reverse dribble if they come off it aggressive and hit the pocket pass on a slip by your teammate.
